Over the years I’ve continued to be a customer to Brian at UK Saunas and have had 2 saunas and a chill bath.
The service from Brian and Lawrence is nothing short of exceptional and beyond anything I’ve received from any organisation or company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m 64 years of age so that’s a lot of experience as a customer!!!
The after sales service has been exemplary in every way and I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation whatsoever.

I love my sauna and I love this company especially Brian who I've always been able to speak to which you can't with most companies. My sauna is honestly the best thing I've ever bought and I love it, it's my happy place. I wouldn't be without it.

I spent two weeks online obsessing about every possible portable sauna available in the UK and finally decided upon UK saunas because Brian answered the phone and was exemplary in his friendliness and professionalism. I was also extremely happy to hear that he manufactures the saunas in the UK. It's very small and literally fits the end of the bed which is incredible. In only three sessions my husband's back pain has completely gone and I have released more sweat than I have done in any sauna including Swedish wooden saunas or steam saunas. This is going to be great for my weight loss and having studied for two weeks the benefits of far infrared I am looking forward to a whole host of health benefits as is my husband. One day when I win the lottery I'm going to buy a great big beautiful wooden sauna from Brian and I wouldn't go to any other person 😊😊😊

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them!! Their Customer service is the WORST I've ever come across. We bought Infrared Sauna in 2022 & STILL WAITING for replacement OR MONEY BACK. They fitted it wrong & they admitted they had & I was told the 2 men had been sacked. All the wood was bowing and we couldn't use it. I was told we would get a free replacement which was totally fine. BUT then we kept on getting told there was major problems with shipping, which we understand also. BUT we keep getting told the same excuse. They told me that in SEPT.......I phoned again in FEB, get told phone back in 3wks its on the next order.....I phone again MARCH 2025, still get fobbed off with shipping excuses. WE WANT A FULL REFUND NOW or we will go to the media about this. I run my own business and work in the legal system & I would never treat my customers like this!!!

Avoid This Company – Terrible Quality & Dangerous Build

I deeply regret purchasing a sauna from UK Saunas. The quality is absolutely shocking, and the customer service is even worse. Communication with the owner and their team has been diabolical—getting a response is nearly impossible, and when they do reply, it’s unhelpful at best.

The benches they installed in our sauna were dangerously flimsy. One of them actually snapped, causing an injury to one of our members. This is completely unacceptable for a product that should be built to withstand regular use.

If you’re considering buying from this company, DON’T—the risk is simply not worth it. Poor craftsmanship, appalling customer service, and a complete lack of responsibility for dangerous faults. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Everything about this company was excellent from start to finish I would definitely recommend this business.

We bought our traditional sauna from here last summer. Brian was very helpful in deciding which we should go for due to the height of the ceiling. Set up was quick and easy. It’s the best thing we’ve bought for our house! If you’re thinking of buying one you will not be disappointed!

Fits pretty tight but was worried when it became very windy but didn’t move , just undid one zip to enter sauna , will keep on till summer , very happy with it

Brian was really helpful in giving us advice on what sauna to go for and what we needed to do in preparation.
The sauna arrived this week and it was easy to put together ourselves and looks good.
We've used it twice now and it's amazing. We love it. Such good value.
Only thing is lead time was slow - we ordered 10th September 2024 and it arrived 27th January 2025.

uk saunas have always had exceptional customer service. Whenever I have had a query or asked about a fault they have been able to answer and resolve quickly and promptly, they know their products so well that they have always resolved first time!
