I bought a one-person infra-red indoor sauna, and I cannot recommend this company more. Knowledgable staff when I called with questions, good value compared with similar products from other companies, and under 2 hours to put together at the start. We once needed to dismantle it and take out of room to get flooring fitted - 20 minutes to dismantle and 30 to put together again. The experience is great too I can't think how the design could be improved.

Brian was really helpful when ordering the right Sauna, delivered ahead of schedule and great install team.

Very good, ordered off the website and product despatched straight away.

Spoke with Brian on the phone re a problem with my old UK Sauna (which is top quality). He couldn't had been more helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.

People at UK Saunas, especially Brian, are very helpful.
My sauna stopped working five years after installation and they quickly sent me a replacement item.
The sauna is running again and I am happy that this could be sorted out before Christmas.

Brian is extremely helpful an always on hand to help with any questions about products or self build projects. I ordered a barrel Sauna that came well packaged, the quality of the wood used is superb and relatively easy to build. Brian was on hand if I had any questions or concerns, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Exceptional service, it makes a change in today’s world to deal with a company that executes on a very professional basis. I would highly recommend to all. I’m very happy with my new sauna and would certainly purchase more products from Uk saunas, 5 star service.

Fantastic after sales service. Bought sauna 4 years ago messaged them last night for advice as sauna not working not really expecting a response due to length of time since we purchased it . Had a phone call this morning and problem solved by this afternoon

UK Saunas have been very helpful and attentive throughout. There were some issues with the delivery (delayed compared to advised lead-in time) and blemishes on external surfaces. UK Saunas issued compensation to correct the faults. The Sauna itself is great value, and the design is very nice. Looks great in the garden. Be prepared for some installation/delay issues, other than that, very pleased.

We have had this sauna for 12 months.
Still looks and works as new.
Took a while to get delivered but you were advised about this.
Installed in a morning.
We’ve had no problems and would recommend.

Great value sauna and really well built. The 9kw heater gets it really hot. The installation team were well worth the small extra cost - it’s quite a big job! Good friendly service from everyone I dealt with.

After sale service always excellent. Even after having my sauna for a couple of years, this company is so helpful. Still chuffed to bits with the sauna and would highly recommend this company - first class

UPDATE BASED UPON COMPANIES REPLY BELOW - there was no suggestion to cancel my order, it was a statement thats that what was intended to happen. Likely because I would not agree to the lack of service. Since registering a formal complaint and discussing my wish to contact the ombudsman, trading standards and companies house, the company has since confirmed the order is not cancelled. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered and paid for a sauna to be delivered at approximately 20 weeks. As I heard nothing from the company I called them and they advised it will be 5 weeks delayed, no apology, no accountability. I then called again after the 25 weeks waiting, to be informed it’s now ‘looking like the end of December’, I asked why no one has informed me of the serious delay to a product I have paid nearly £2700 for, he explained they don’t have the staff to call all 300 customers that have delayed saunas, I suggested an email which was met with extreme negativity. Because I wasn’t happy with the service, and couldn’t agree with a clear poor business model he has , he then said he was cancelling my order because I am unhappy with the service. I did not request the order to be cancelled and clearly explained I wanted the product, unfortunately because the gentleman could not take constructive criticism, or take accountability for a terrible service, my order has been cancelled without my agreement. Will be pursuing the matter with the relevant governing body. Update, since logging an official complaint with the company I have had confirmation my order will no longer be cancelled.

From day one of enquiring about out door saunas UK Saunas were really helpful.The sauna was installed by 2 very helpful men and I am so pleased with it.well made looks nice in my garden. Brian all ways answer my many questions with patience!!

I have been waiting for 4 months, but still haven’t received any response. I ordered the sauna on 4 July, till now, today is 28 Oct! That’s ridiculous!

Outstanding customer service throughout the purchase, nothing was too much trouble for Brian and he clearly has great knowledge of the sauna industry and great pride in the business. Would highly recommend to all. I will update with a review of the sauna itself once received but having been recommended by a friend who has a UK sauna product, i am in no doubt it will be of the highest quality.

The aftercare is second to none Brain goes above and beyond to help you even after a few years of having the sauna I would definitely recommend Uk Saunas to anyone purchasing an outdoor Sauna.

The fitters, Matthew and Paul, great guys. Did an impeccable job, no mess, no issues and great run through on how to operate.
