Brian from UK saunas was extremely helpful. Having just been given an infrared sauna, 2 tubes blew on transit as they are quite fragile. Having difficulty across the entire globe apart from china to find blackbody tubes, it's pretty much impossible to even get the same size. Brian helped me find replacements that work perfectly which are white ceramics. Really looking forward to having a sauna, especially in the comfort of my own castle! Cheers Brian.

I have just had a barrel outdoor sauna fitted by Brian and his team and i can not recommend them highly enough . From start to finish they have been brilliant and the end product is incredible and brilliant value for money.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

Product quality is excellent and the advise to have fitted was spot on, if spending this sort of money better to get expert fitting rather than DIY.

Firstly I have to say, communication from this company is amazing! Nothing is too much for Brian and the team. Especially when you are building one of these yourself! Amazing customer service from start to finish. We purchased the 2 person indoor traditionall. Amazing bit of kit and well worth the wait. No complaints at all.

Had an issue with my outdoor sauna,very friendly and helpful staff but took 6 months to rectify

Would definitely recommend UK Saunas to friends and family if they are looking to get a first time sauna at a really good price. This is my first foray into sauna and I'm glad I've gone for this option as it's been easy to implement and construct in my garden at a good price and looking at it now it's in place it should last me a good while as long as I look after it.

Brian has responded to all my questions and sent out more stones for the sauna as needed which has been good.

Only thing I would say is that the instructions could do with a little improvement - not the end of the world and not a deal breaker, just a little more specific detail would have been handy

Great customer service from start to finish.

I placed an order on the Thursday. I still hadn’t received anything after a week despite the delivery being 2-3 days.
I tried to log into my online account but it showed a message to say the system wasn’t working. I then emailed customer services and received a reply highlighting that the delay was “due to staff shortages because of illness”. Interestingly, when I checked recent reviews, it seemed apparent that delivery delay was a regular thing.
I would much rather the company just adjust their delivery policy as I’m sure people would rather wait a few extra days and have their order arrive on time.

When I finally received my order, an item was missing. I contacted customer services again and still haven’t received a reply or my missing item.

Was an issue when the sauna arrived as it didn’t fit together as it should..though as far as the team at uk saunas go,never in my experience with any company I have dealt with,have I had such genuine care and attention to a problem..I could have resolved it myself and yet Brian sent two of his fitters to rectify it…from Doncaster to myself in Glasgow..sauna working great now and you will never get better customer care from any other company..👍🏻

Fantastic customer service. Brian was great with us. There was a delay with the delivery date, it was moved on a few times, due to shipping, no fault of UK Saunas. Good communication, Brian was always polite and explained everything clearly. Although frustating, we knew Brian was doing all he could. When it arrived, the fitters were also great. We have been enjoying the benefits and well worth the wait. Highly recommend UK Saunas. Very reasonable price and second to none customer service. Thank you UK Saunas and Brian.

Great design. Easy to assemble and well worth it

Great customer service, had a number of questions that were answered candidly without any sales BS. Purchased a 3 person infrared sauna which was delivered on the day agreed. The boxes are large and some are heavy so you need two strong people and plenty of space to work with. Once unboxed assembly was straight forward. We've used it everyday so far and loving it. Quick to heat up and in no time your sweating and feeling the benefits. Sure there are other saunas out there that may have a Rolls Royce finish with corresponding price tag but these do what saunas are supposed to do without any non value adding features used as sales tactics, at a great price. Cant comment on longevity as only had it a week but happy with the choice we've made
