Easy ordering, delivered on time. Love it wish we had bought one sooner

Great service and great price well worth the wait

Good product and swift delivery. Only marking down because installation instructions were for a different model altogether and couldn't find any relevant ones online, so was fumbling in the dark a bit.

Big delay in promised delivery, but offered reduction in price as compensation. Installation very good with great service. Electric heater shorted the system when pouring water onto the hot stones. Solution was to place more stones onto the top of the heater, allowing greater chance for evaporation if water, before reaching the heating elements.
Advice given over the phone was good.
All round very pleased now with my sauna. UK saunas need to get better communication with Chinese manufacturers, but in the end, good value for money.

Had my sauna for over 3 years and its been great, but recently it started cutting out shortly after it was turned on. I put an enquiry into their website on Saturday morning, got a phone call back within 30 minutes from a very kind gentleman who talked me through a fix then and there - my rookie error (I'd somehow managed to change the timer without realising), but he was very understanding and all is now back to as it should be, and I was back in there on Sunday morning.

Excellent service from Brian. He gave me time for all my questions.
Didn't hurry me on the phone. Even took time for a general chat.

Great Sauna and really happy with our purchase and can feel the benefits already, would be 5 stars but for the lack of communication regarding delivery. We’re told when we ordered we would be contacted prior to delivery regarding the date, chap at the door on the Thursday from the delivery driver and a pallet with a sauna, received an email on the Sunday to say the sauna would be delivered on the Thursday! Only a few days after the fact! Luckily someone was in to take it in. Other than that happy with the sauna and price.

Delivered when said, super easy to assemble and really impressed with the sauna. Seems like very good value for money

Fantastic customer service! Such an easy company to work with. We were recommended UK Saunas by friends and have been so pleased with everything, we could ask any silly questions and were reassured at ever6 stage and now have a fabulous and beautiful barrel sauna and cool tub in the garden.

I had my sauna fitted on Saturday, and I absolutely love it! It looks fantastic and fits perfectly in my space.

After the first couple of uses, I noticed it wasn't heating as it should. I emailed Brian at 8 PM on Monday night, and to my surprise, I received an email back by 5:30 AM Tuesday morning, followed by an 8 AM phone call. By 10 AM, Lawrence was at my house to fix the issue, which turned out to be just a simple wire. For context, I live 2 hours from Doncaster!

You really can't ask for better service than that. Things can go wrong, but it's how companies handle resolving these issues that truly matters. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I cannot fault the service from Brian and his team. The information and advice that I received before deciding what product to buy was excellent.
When the sauna arrived in the Uk and was ready for dispatch it turned out to be a little different than the original one ( much nicer, better quality but trickier to construct).
Knowing that we would struggle with construction Brian immediately offered to help with the install and his team did a fantastic job. The guys worked hard, were friendly and efficient. At the end of the installation they took the time to show me how to work the sauna, offered advice on aftercare and insured that I was entirely satisfied with the job, which of course I was.
I now have a beautiful, luxurious, mahogany sauna, I’m so impressed with it, use it constantly and love it, love it!
