Delighted with my experience of using UK Saunas. I had several conversations with very knowledgeable Brian who helped me to decide which sauna to buy. In the end I went for an Infra Red which is brilliant. It was truly a doddle for myself and my partner to put together, heats up really nicely, looks beautiful and has a range of features.i did a lot of research before buying and would absolutely recommend this company for its products, service and value for money.

Had to phone to find out when it was going to be delivered (no email) but a quick call gave me an answer

Delivery was on time and driver helpful, the product is excellent and everything worked as it should. It did exactly as it said on the tin

We chose this company because it's locally based, had an easy to use Web site, clear and competitive pricing and good reviews. We were not disappointed. Very high quality product, delivered on the day it landed in the warehouse by a friendly and helpful driver.

Brian was so helpful with sorting out the things I needed, he absolutely went above and beyond what would be expected and nothing was any trouble for him. The sauna itself is great, warms up really quickly and great to have the Bluetooth connection inside too. I hope it will give me years of relaxation and relief.

Sauna is even better when we expected. It gets really hot really quickly better than the one we use in the commercial gym. The fitters on the day were very helpful, friendly and Speedy.

Another email and a missed call (a bit busy this morning) I’m giving 5 stars now as I’m feeling a lot more reassured. The customer service is top notch and my nerves have calmed. I’m feeling confident about my purchase and cannot wait for its delivery. On reflection, I may have approached this review a bit prematurely!

Update: the website isn’t back up and running yet but I have received an email to inform me that their servers are down. The BBC with their scam programmes have really got me paranoid! An added star for the email. Hopefully a 5 star review after a sauna delivered will set my peace of mind at rest…

I have always dreamt of having a sauna/plunge in my home and I am pleased to say it's now a reality. I ordered my sauna and cold plunge back in August of 2023 and received both of them in January 2024 - it was a long wait, but one I was aware of when I decided to order with UK Saunas.

Before I placed the order I had a number of conversations with Brian on a range of queries I had, Brian was always responsive and helpful.

Since getting the sauna/plunge installed it has been a dream come true! They look amazing and work well even heating/cooling faster and better than we thought they would. We've had a couple of minor issues post installation - with the bench cracking after first use and the chiller flashing inconsistently. However, any issue I've had - Brian has resolved it imminently. I am delighted with both the product quality and the excellent customer service of UK Saunas - I would recommend them to anyone looking to bring the spa feeling home!

My only recommendation to the UK Saunas team is perhaps an update to the Sauna/Plunge product manuals so they include recommended maintenance/ more on fault resolution.

Amazing service. Spoke to a very knowledgeable adviser. He recommended which Infra red sauna to buy. Delivered a week later. Safely deposited in a pallet. Dismantled and unpacked. Fully constructed and operational within 45 minutes with myself and my brother. Highly delighted. Beautifully constructed and easy to build. Have used it three times already and am delighted with it. Highly recommend

Brian was very helpful. Little hiccup with installation but all in all very pleased. Sauna quality seems very good.
