Brilliant service. Callum Harrold helped me and my small business switch energy suppliers and made the whole process completely stress free. As a small business admin tasks can become overwhelming but Callum took the stress out of switching suppliers and was so reassuring throughout the whole process, allowing me to make informed decisions whilst being patient, caring and understanding. All his calls were so helpful and he always made sure it fitted around my needs and business schedule, again which is massively helpful when running a busy business! So much praise for his support and service , we get so many spam callers and people offering they can give us the best offer but Callum truly did and was patient and understanding that I needed to ensure he wasn't a spam caller and he was genuine. Callum checked in regularly throughout the process and gave me time and space to answer any questions. Even months later he followed up to see how things were going and was keen to help me get sorted with a smart meter, another job off my very long to do list helped and supported with!

Very good service
We used James Price at UK Utility for our energy contracts for many years before we retired. He always found us the best deals, was very patient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Avoid this company they are fraudsters. They try to trick you into contracts that cannot go through and then threaten legal action when they don't complete.
The ombudsman will be in touch. I am sick of the harassment from the legal company you use to threaten customers so action has been taken

Avoid at all cost! Signed me up initially and all looked ok. After a year our business found out the contracts never went out to 2 of the utility companies even though contracts were signed. Caused a great deal of issues and would not take responsibility! 0/10 for professionalism!
