Honest and patient
I use 2 brokers for my Energy, UK Utility deal with my Electricity and helps me keep the other guys honest and vice versa. I have been dealing with James for a long time, even before he joined UK Utility and has been up front and very competitive rates for the 4+ renewal periods we have together.

Great Experience
I have been with Uk Utility for many years and I have had excellent service by them especially with Krish Masri. He has been extremely helpful with dealing with our Gas and Electricity services going above and beyond with his time and friendly and pleasant attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he has been a great help to me especially in the last few months when we have had problems with British Gas Lite. Rizwan has worked with us for a number of years now to search the market and secure competetive rates as well as providing sound advice. This has helped us avoid the peak increases and allowed us to manage our account with lower risk. Excellent Customer Service
After previously using a broker for the business energy contracts and having a bad experience, I was reluctant to use a broker again. However, last year after speaking with Rizwan, I entrusted him with the handling of our contract renewals. From the very start, he has been informative, very polite and has been there to answer any of my questions. He found us great rates and a year later, I have no hesitance in entrusting Rizwan to continue for our next years contracts. As before, he has provided me with excellent customer service, found me great rates and is always there to speak to. I am one very satisfied customer.

honest, transpartent and not pushy, rare in this industry!
Utilities in previous years were a bit of a headach but not since i have started using Rizwan as my broker. he keeps on top of the accounts so i can focus on other aspects of the business and i do compare his quotes, nobody has been able to beat then so far therefore i am very happy with the service provided by Rizwan and the UK Utility team.
