I purchased a wireless security camera system DVR with 7inch 4 channel monitor. From start to finish it was totally rubbish. camera's failed, exchanged camer's failed, then the whole system failed. Dealing with Banggood was a nightmare, loads of sorry's but no action whatso ever. The photo of the product looked brilliant, sadly after it was like having a box of nothing. I would NOT recommend.

All these bad reviess why ami not suprised..i bought an escooter that has been used and assembled ..when i ask for a full refund they try to talk me into acceptiNg credits ..wfor what purpose in case i order more junk from here..i think NOT!when that didndt work they offer me 50 euros....laughable! ..when item itself is 350 euros...no im trying to return the it still as we speak and they arent being very helpfull at all...they expect ppl to keep broken or used items and offer little or no compensation + the refuse to pay for a FULL refund even though it should be coverered by them if they cant deliver working and new products to the consumer.
Buyer Beware
Buyer beware when thinking of purchasing on-line from Banggood. I have had a very bad experience with their after sales service. I purchased an RC Helicopter which has a problem and requested to return for replacement. At their request I sent pictures and a video but they keep prevaricating and state they are waiting for supplier comment but nothing happens. I have contacted Eachine the supplier who state that its Banggoods situation to replace.As far as I am concerned their returns policy is non existent with a very very poor attitude to its customers. They are very difficult to deal with so my advice is to avoid them.
AVOID - Banggood are fraudsters
One of the worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Bought an expensive item worth about £714 on banggod, it said VAT was included, exorbitant additional costs were added for shipping + insurance (the item weighted about 1kg), final checkout cost on banggood ~ £753. Further problems arose with delivery, first their courier UPS, never texted or phone before delivery so I wasn't at home at every single time they supposedly came and didn't know until I received an automated email from banggood saying they courier couldn't deliver the item 3 times and it may be returned to sender, then I had to try and contact the courier UPS myself which was another nightmare as their telephone system is so terrible and operator might have been dyslexic as had to repeat the tracking number about 30 times and he didn't have much info and admitted they don't phone or text prior to deliver but unwilling to do anything about it 😡. UPS demanded additional fees before "releasing" the item 😡, so had to pay £61 extra to get it delivered (again they never texted or phoned before delivery and they just dumped it by the door and left). When I looked at invoice from UPS for what these additional fees were for - it said VAT & Brokerage charges, on the banggood item page it said price included all fees and there was nothing additional to pay on receiving the item. When I looked at UPS invoice it seems banggood had stolen the VAT for the original item and declared on the package a different value of $257.71 and then said to the courier the person receiving it needs to pay all charges.
Tried contacting banggood online chat many times - their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experience - firstly they never give straight answers to any questions it is always indirect and very confusing answer full of obfuscation, deflection & very patronising with statements like "I already explained clearly", when you ask for clarification on their statements they deflect again and give another very confusing answer that doesn't make anything clear at all. The email communication is even worse, it is sent by anonymous agents from anonymous departments without any context, reference numbers or indication what their response relates to, it doesn't even acknowledge what the problem is e.g. this email response I received about shipping/VAT issue
"We are sorry that the VAT you mentioned is not collected by us. We recommend that you understand the local import policy before placing an order so that you can have a clearer understanding."
Another problem was I order item from UK banggood site paid in UK £ and had it delivered to UK address, but they sent me an Australian plug, then when I raised it as an issue they told me to point where on the item page does it say it will contain UK plug - absolute worst fraudsters & clowns running banggood 🤬.
Please avoid if you are think about making large purchases on Banggood they are a very fraudulent company. Even if it is a small amount of money be prepared to kiss your money goodbye and develop blood boiling stroke when dealing with their customer services - it's better to bang your head against a brick wall.
Banggood lost its momentum!
Used to find banggood quite good and reasonable priced but unfortunately customer is not always first and that is bad business. Most annoying is that there isn't enough EU shipping from their website and not having proper warranty is not helping.
Beware if you need to return an item
I ordered an item which was in stock in the UK to be delivered to the UK and was told that it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. After 2 weeks the item had not arrived so I cotacted the company through the online chat. They told me that it was out of stock and I would have to wait another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order and 2 days later the item arrived. I refused to accept the item as I had found another elsewhere. They are now telling me that I have to pay for the return postage. As this item was apparently out of stock I do not think that this is acceptable. Another week has now past and I am still waiting for any kind of refund despite many calls and emails. I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered a USB heated body warmer.
This arrived, charged it as per instructions when fully charged unplugged and tried to turn it in, nothing, didn't work
Plugged it back in and turned it on whilst charging via the USB and it turned on, only heated an area 3 inches square in the middle of the jacket so completely useless
Unplugged it again and it just turned off
Contacted customer support 2 days ago and got no reply at all, I am appalled

Item I ordered 7 weeks ago has still not arrived and after 3 emails I still don't know if I will get it, still not despatched asked them to cancel my order and refund my money got a reply saying the relevant department was on vacation 🤥. Unbelievable. Never ever use them.

Out of 6 orders, 3 arrived. The rest was stolen by the courier. The courier company accepted the complaint, but Banggood didn't care and did nothing as the owner of the items to contact the courier company, recover compensation and send the goods again.

Spent £430 on an electric scooter
Spent £430 on an electric scooter. The thing didn't even last 2 weeks. Wasn't sealed properly and got water damaged. (It is the same model as my friends scooter - he has not had this problem in 6 months.) When contacting the banggood team they offered no solutions. Back & forth emailing for a month until eventually they tell me it's not under warranty. I will be contacting trading standards. Do not trust trust these guys

Several times during the buying process I was offered £9 1st user discount on £150 item but it was not applied at checkout. Used Chat Bot but it was useless, then I chatted to a human equally useless. Chat Human said BG would email me about it - they didn't.
I emailed vipservice at banggood, but also useless. So getting nowhere so I've emailed the CEO Aaron at banggood.com
***Update*** Banggood replied but refers to 'Coupons' not applying to certain purchases, as a reason the discount was not applied. This was not a Coupon. As I clearly stated it was a Fiirst Purchase/1st user Discount which was not applied. This is the first time I have purchased from Banggood. The discount was showing right up until I hit PAY then it disappeared.

Be very careful using these guys. I ordered a couple of bits and one was broken. Sent emails, and got a reply of, get a local business to fix it, then we will send the cost of the repair back. Absolutely shocking customer service.

i bought a chisel sharpening jig the delivery was fast the jig was well made strong and robust but the site made me believe i was buying the whole thing when i was only getting half it was only by reading the reviews that i realised this and had to pay a greater amount for the rest, i don't think i will buy again i don't like trickery
