The clothes are beautifully deisgned with inspiring fabrics an colours. Quite classic in a bohemina way.

Have bought a few items from this range. I love the trousers, sweatpants especially. I would recommend this range of clothing to a friend. The customer service are very helpful too.

Bon'aparte has wonderful clothes and accessories which prior to this order have always arrived in very good time, beautifully wrapped and securely packaged.
I'm not sure if they have changed shipping companies but an order which would have arrived within 3-4 days previously took 10 days this time?
Customer services were great when enquiring where my order was and the clothes were great as usual - please sort out your deliveries!

The clothes are great, especially the basics, but it seems a lot of the time when I order something, they are out of stock. Sizes vary - as with the trousers I just ordered, I ordered my usual size 18 and they are more like a 14-16, which is disappointing as I now have to send them back at my own cost as they do not offer free returns - it's not my fault they do not fit, as I ordered my usual size. Dresses are lovely though, as is the knitwear, but I think I will just be ordering things that I know will fit so as not to have to send back at my own cost, and I will order with plenty of time spare as orders take a long time to arrive.

These clothes are not on the high street so you can be sure that you are wearing something unique and attractive. The materials are different and colourful

each transaction just takes too long. I waited months for two pairs of jeans to arrive and then when they did they were the wrong size - my fault - not yours! I then requested different sizes and they took weeks (not months) to arrive.

Their clothes are unlike the stuff you find on the high street. Fashionable with a slight edge, but suitable for all ages and bodies!

Three weeks after my original order, nothing has been delivered. Usual appalling service from Yodel and nothing has been done so far despite complaints to Yodel and Bonaparte customer "service". Nice clothes but not worth the hassle due to slow despatch and

Quality clothes and true to size, delivery can be a little slow, when I emailed with a query my message was responded to swiftly and satisfactorily, little slow on refunds if item isn't suitable.

Some of my Bonaparte purchases are amongst my favourites - unusual items, good durability and quality. However returns mean an unacceptably long wait and no immediate confirmation of receipt so only 3* because of that.

Red trousers, blue trousers and white top are great. Order arrived relatively quickly and the items ordered are perfect fit and great quality. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and its products.

I like the clothes as I am plus size 22/24 since having kids. In fact they are the only plus size clothes that I now buy. They are more expensive than I'd like but they do last so are worth it. The deliveries and refunds systems are very slow though. The website has improved but I'd really like to be able to put in my size and search for what they have in stock. I hate it when I like something and click on the sizes to be told it out of stock. It puts me off considering other options. I would also like to be considered a VIP customer as I must have spent over £2000 with them and I think they should have more offers for regular returning customers. They don't seem to know who we are.

Fast delivery altogether a great shopping experience

As always the clothes are great quality and very stylish. The sizing is accurate. Prompt delivery also. Would definitely order from them again.

I have used previously (few years ago) and really impressed with items. Not so this time - I returned everything!

Ordered clothes three weeks before they arrived.not acceptable in this day and age,take far too long compared with other competitors.I will only order clothes that I do not want to wear immediately in future.

I am very happy with the dress that I ordered but thought it was a bit over priced!
