Delivery info is poor

Whilst products are excellent , ordering on line very easy . The delivery info is very poor . Would like to know by email/text what day my delivery is turning up

Never had a problem

I like the range of sizes.
I like the catalogue and the photographs.
You aren't likely to see anyone else wearing their clothes
Pity about the men's orange trousers aren't available :-(. Disappointed

Bon'a Parte - a company worth watching.

I like this company. Their catalogues are unconventionally attractive and interesting and I have bought several items from them. I have never encountered any difficulties but if ever I have had to speak to anyone they have been very helpful. My most recent buy of loose fitting trousers are invaluable for travelling as they are extremely comfortable and never crease. They are going with me on holiday to Africa for wearing in the evenings. Their big plus also incudes being very light: they can be crammed into any little space and still emerge looking good! You can't ask for more on holiday when always on the move!

awful servuce

I wouldnt even rate them! first the money leaves my account on 24th March, they didnt bother to contact me to say that due to incomplete address details the order could not be delivered. I have been given a number to call which is "not in service" a tracking number which is not recognised and it is impossible to get through to customer services! I am a returning customer so my details must be on their system. My message is dont bother!

A bit of a long wait for delivery

My order took longer than I thought to be delivered so consequently I ended up going away before it arrived and my neighbour had to take it in for me. I order a lot of things from Next Directory which always come the next day! I didn't expect them the next day but within the week would have been nice. As I had to return one of the items I was only just in the time limit.

Now I can be stunning on the beach!

This is a well made bikini. It not only looks really good on, but is very comfortable too. The design is good giving good support for a more well-endowed lady! I am delighted with it, wasn't sure when I ordered what it would be like, but would certainly order another.

Good quality, fashionable clothes

I really like the style of clothes offered. I'm nearly 6ft tall and to be able to find longer length trousers is great. You offer most clothes in larger sizes which is another advantage.
The only down side is the clothes sometimes take a few days to arrive and refunds are slow to be applied. But overall a thumbs up!

fantastic

you have just got to see the fantastic reange of cloths :-) and the pices are even better.

They are of the same standard as " Mint Velvet " clothing range, I only wish we had a shop/outlet in Leicester we would never be out of it.

Love Love Love Bon' A Parte

I've now bought several items from Bon' A Parte and have never been disappointed. My latest purchase was a pair of trousers, the black and sand ones with an elasticated waist. I'm wearing them for the first time tomorrow to my friend's hen night out and am very excited because I know I'll be comfortable in them all night. Keep up the good work Bon' A Parte!

Bon'A'Parte cater to a wide range of styles

The dress is actually nicer than I expected and the fabric is a lot nicer, as the dress is combat I expected the fabric to be tougher but it is a lot silkier and hangs really nicely.
I am just waiting for the right occasion to wear it as it is classier than I thought it would be, may have to wear it mothers day when am being taken out.

Disappointing!

In the past I have bought clothes from Bonaparte and I have been very pleased. I recently made an order and everything was in stock when I ordered them online.

The parcel arrived and I had two items instead of three in the parcel!

On the invoice, I was informed that one item was not in stock (although it was when I ordered it), the second item was a top although I ordered a scarf and within the packaging you could see long silver/grey hairs!!! Very warily, I opened the packaging of the third item, which was correct but again, it had grey hairs on it. I put the item directly back into the packaging because I didn't know if it was clean and I'm not prepared to pay for something from I company I thought I could trust!
