Delivered 2 weeks early!

I bought a tent air conditioning unit for our campervan. It was showing as out of stock and on back order, so I contacted customer support to ask whether it was likely to arrive before a specific date (around two weeks after the advertised restock date).

To my surprise, they replied saying it had already been dispatched. Three working days later it arrived – around two weeks before the expected restock date.

Great communication and a very pleasant surprise. I'm really happy with the service.
