I have made many purchases from Budda stone shop, and all I can say is, I love it. I have purchased necklaces, several stunning bracelets (rope, copper and Jade) and rings. The quality is awesome, and the customer service is outstanding. They're very quick with their responses and do their utmost to support and sort out any concerns or problems promptly and to a satisfactory high standard. I couldn't wish for anything more

Incorrect size sent. Bought two bracelets one is the correct size the other is not.

Although not clear how to return when i emailed offer was made to replace trousers .(quality great but colour not right so waiting eagerly now for dark green ones as promised )thank you.

Lovely trousers but rather on the big size. Very helpful customer services who said they would send replacement size I only had to pay postage. Very kind and nice to deal with a company who actually bothers to reply to email and help sort out problem. I would reccommend.

I ordered a jade bangle, it arrived quickly and was beautiful. After 2 weeks of wearing it broke. I contacted the company and they were super helpful. Apologised for the item breaking as something must have went wrong during manufacturing it. They sent out a replacement bangle and it arrived quickly. It’s beautiful, the company were so kind and helpful.

Lovely, natural fabrics and colourful, unique garments. The sizing of one of the items was completely off, and as one of the other reviewers mentioned, it was not possible to return it, but after a flurry of emails, they sent me a smaller sized replacement - as long as I contributed to the cost of postage. Shipping was slow, but I now have items that fit.

So glad I found this company. I have purchased 2 items so far and both have been exceptional quality and so well made. The style is comfortable and easy to wear. I had to exchange one of the items as it was larger than I anticipated. Returns are a little confusing but customer service is exceptional.

Ordered a threaded bracelet which is beautiful. Ordered a smaller size than what I needed and customer service has been so prompt and helpful to help me with a replacement.

I tried to cancel my order but this message was ignored. I also messaged them via Facebook Messenger which was read. I sent a second email to another address they give and they replied but did not sort my issue and now they have sent the item - so they say. I have found their customer service appalling. UPDATE - see their comment below. Now they respond via email saying that they have not received my emails...which they obviously did to have replied to it! (Be aware they have two email addresses) and they say it was too late to cancel my order. Total rip off and I can only imagine, after seeing other comments on here, that the items will be totally substandard. Nightmare! NEXT UPDATE You are helping us heal Tibet. For every product sold, Buddha Stones will donate part of the proceeds from every product sold to Tibetan charity projects to help poor children in Tibet obtain a good education. We hope to hire teachers to teach in these areas and build classrooms so that these children can learn in peace. YES...this is how they promote themselves on their website. And they say UK Buddhastone...nothing whatsoever to do with UK or Tibet. China yes...so beware.

Ordered a pair of trousers which looked particularly well designed. Lovely material and very good quality. But a size too small. Correspondence with the company has been prompt and helpful and a creative solution offered. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service, somehow managed to add the wrong address to my order, after trying to contact Royal Mail to rearrange a delivery which they couldn't do, spoke to Buddhastoneshop customer service who managed to sort-out updating the address and get a redelivery - good comms throughout. Very happy with the products I order.

Nice beaded bracelet but broke after just 1 week

Although the item was the wrong fit the customer service was excellent and enabled me to exchange for a size that was a better fit.

I ordered the linen-cotton trousers in blue and they are exactly as in the pictures. The quality of material and cut is brilliant. The L was a little big for me. I'm a uk12 and these are 12-14. I told Buddhastones and they are giving me a discount on my next order without me even asking! Really good customer service. Quick response and care. I also bought a crystal mala many years ago and it was really good quality. I highly recommend Buddhastone.

The clothes are great quality
And the customer service has been really good.

Use the size chart. I’m a large in the uk and 3xl with these guys.
