The shopping process was easy and the overall guidance/information helpful. The discount option is an excellent incentive to buy the range of colours I wanted e.g. buy 2 & get 3rd free. The product range is also attractive & the cord trousers are beautifully made. Thank you.

Really regret ordering from here. It took much longer than stated for delivery. I need to return the items and I will need to pay for it to be sent back to China. I'm doubtful I'd get a refund anyway as there is no guarantee. I do not recommend.

Good quality but sizing is difficult

Ordered nearly £50 worth of products from this company on the 7th November & still not arrived yet & it's the 29th December. I think that it's a total scam tbh unless they can prove me wrong by sending it.

The two items, a yogi top and pants where deltin time for Christmas after being hand made. My sister was really happy with both items. Very ornate, relaxed and comfortable.

They say they are a UK company but it's not. They're in China.

I discovered Buddha Stones a few months ago and have since fallen completely in love with this phenomenal store having made around 8 large purchases since. The sheer diversity of high quality and delicately crafted items is astounding for their price, once factoring in their 2 for 3 deal and free delivery > $70.

I finally found a store that allows me to buy high quality, authentic, and reasonably priced Zen and Taoist styled outfits!

Their customer service is exceptional and they make the whole customer experience as mindful as the clothes they sell! They have a very generous return and exchange policies that let me buy with confidence and ease of mind.

The only negative is their long delivery times, but when accounting for their great quality, deals, customer service, and return policy this compromise is certainly worth wile!

Ordered on 8th December snd told shipped on 11th….still waiting and now highly unlikely it’s going to be here in time for Christmas given it’s been sitting new Newcastle for days according to the tracking information. Will have a very disappointed daughter on Christmas Day!

Ordered an item late November 2025 intending it to be a Christmas Gift, and paid extra for the express delivery of 6 to 10 days. Order No. #UKBS50605
Order date - 29/11/2025. Three weeks later the item is not here and the tracker says its still in production! First time buying from this supplier and its not going well. I may have to look for another Christmas gift.

Bought the wrong size bracelet. Replaced without returning wrong size with small charge happy with the outcome.

Wonderful gifts purchased several items all individually packaged makes the presents special , customer service excellent,I shall definitely be purchasing from the company again , delivered by royal mail my local postman. Thank you merry Christmas.

Decent quality cotton pants, and when my medium was too small, I could organise a replacement in XL pretty easily. Still need to pay for shipping though.

The company is based in China, not the UK, so shipping will take a little while. If you're expecting local UK delivery look elsewhere.

The Bracelet Bangle ordered was as described on the website beautiful craft Bracelet. Unfortunately it was too big I perhaps didn’t get the sizing correct. When I contacted the Customer Support team having explained the issue I received a response within 24 hours with helpful assistance on measuring. Having received the details I was offered a replacement. I am very impressed by the immediate response to my emails and the quality of service provided by the company I will definitely recommend to others

Ordered on the 22nd November, it's now the 9th December, no product has arrived. I have no confidence in this company or that I'll receive the product.
Update following below response: they 'reached out' to me following this review, not prior as intimated with 'we have already'.

They're name says UK but they're based in china so refunds are a nightmare

the sizing is a little unclear. I received soemthing that was way too big and the returns process isn't super clear. However, I was emailed directions on how to return and exchange and while i am waiting for the exchange i ca say the original item seemed well made and of good quality

Purchased 3 items, all lovely style, quality and shades but one item just wasn't for me so I asked for an exchange through link on FB, was informed they would replace for cost of shipping which was reasonable so that's what I'm doing, just waiting for replacement to arrive :)

I have made many purchases from Budda stone shop, and all I can say is, I love it. I have purchased necklaces, several stunning bracelets (rope, copper and Jade) and rings. The quality is awesome, and the customer service is outstanding. They're very quick with their responses and do their utmost to support and sort out any concerns or problems promptly and to a satisfactory high standard. I couldn't wish for anything more
Would highly recommend if you're after that extra special gift, whether it be personal or for someone else
