I only gave four stars because of the initial difficulty in returning items that didn't quite fit.
However, all was well in the end as I was able to exchange the goods for a beautiful bracelet. The team at Buddhastones were very kind and helpful.

Great service, above and beyond customer service.

Lovely products and good customer service

Took a while to receive over the Christmas period as we were also under the impression that it was a UK based company. But once received, the jade rings were beautiful and each comes in it's own gift/presentation box. One of the rings was a bit too big so we are currently in the process of getting this replaced.

Seamless process, good customer service. Offered a replacement for a bracelet that was on the large side.

Overall excellent customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a Lapis Lazuli mala necklace
Which has duly arrived .
The beads are “NOT” genuine Lapis Lazuli beads as stated - they are fakes and are called “SODALITE”
I have sent an email to hopefully get a full refund and return policy… If not I’ll take this matter further.

Absolutely do not purchase from this company.

What they claim and what they do are complete opposites - I ordered under the pretence that the materials were all natural, cotton, linens etc

However when the items arrive, they were very obviously polyester or some other synthetic material.

I tried to return the items, but I would have had to pay over £14 (plus taxes etc) to return and wouldn’t get it back!

Do not buy from here- the items they are selling for high mark up prices, are no better than what you can pick up from primark.

Placed an order with this company about 4 weeks ago. Was sent a tracking number that pointed back to the company website, which went from being shipped to, ‘delivered to safe place - garden’. I’ve got cameras that provide a full view of my garden space and there’s no evidence of a delivery being made. Have checked in with neighbours and have confirmation that it wasn’t delivered to them either.
I’ve written to Buddhastones, on their email address, instagram profile and tried their number which is listed as a WhatsApp contact (but isn’t). Zero comms or acknowledgment from the vendors. Last mile of the delivery is listed a Yodel and with two tracking numbers listed, this company, which is no surprise is as useless as it gets.
Company is a complete scam and fraudulent. Please be avoid. Wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews on here are fake too!

Terrible product. The leggings II received are nothing like the picture, just terrible tut
When asked for a refund they said they would offer me 5% or I can send it back to China at my expense

This is an update to my review:
After about 8 emails the customer service eventually agreed to give me a full refund (less delivery charge), which I have now received
I will not be buying anything from their website as I have no confidence in receiving a product that resembles the picture.

I would now rate the customer service 3

Really nice clothing items, the quality is really good and worth the price. I could track delivery and I needed to exchange and item and the customer service team was friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely buy from them again.

I have received an purchase that was to small and they are sending one that is the right si ze having to pay £6 for postage etc is a small price to pay to get the right one and not have the hassel of sending the first purchase back.

Order number UKBS53317 Unfortunately the dress took longer to arrive than anticipated although to be fair it did include Christmas. It's nothing like the picture either. I ordered a soft green and it's a strong emerald green and the fabric is stiff not soft and flowing like the image. I can't return it either as it was in the sale. READ the small print carefully before ordering. I won't use them again. UPDATE.............
Buddha stone have decided to refund me the full price of the dress, less P&P which I'm very pleased about. Thank you Buddhastone that was much appreciated.
