Definitely give this shop 5 Stars10 if it would let me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Love the quality and the variety I could spend ages looking (and I do ;)). The trousers I ordered didn’t suit me due to a disability such a shame as they are perfect and just what I was looking for . So unusual . Customer service helped me immensely and super fast response . So of course I spent ages looking for more things and easily filled my basket . Can’t wait for my next parcel so beautiful. I highly recommend and I’m definitely buying g again .

I’d ordered trousers and a top. Delivery took a while but products are lovely, beautiful fabric and well made, the pictures on the website don’t do them justice. The trousers are too big, certainly more generous than the size guide indicated. Customer service have been quick to reply to my email and stating that they can supply a smaller size for a small cost. They have yet to explain how I go about this but if this works out, I’ll be very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

I found the trousers i brought of good quality material and we'll made. I had to contact customer service for something and found them helpful. I would purchase from them again. Can't speak for return service as did not return goods.

I ordered some clothes for travelling in Central America and they were perfect especially the Casual Summer Plain Crew Neck Women's Cotton Linen 3 Quarter Length T-Shirt. Not only did it fit and feel great it was fantastic as a 'wash & go' item!
I had another item which wasn't such a good fit and the company have been brilliant and very patient with me whilst sorting it out - Many Thanks!

My sister bought me some harem pants from this store for my birthday, they arrived in time and were well packaged.
The material was beautiful but unfortunately they were too small..I contacted the store and they were very helpful and offered me an exchange without hesitation. They also said that I need not send the originals back! So I have gifted them to charity which feels a very ethical thing to do on behalf of Buddha Stones.
I would certainly buy from this company again based on my experience.

The harem pants are beautiful, exactly as show online, the sizing was a little too generous and so I have had to exchange but the customer service was very fast and personal and this was easy. The necklace is great quality, fantastic earthy colours.

Brilliant customer service. I brought a jade ring, which i was really pleased with but it fell off my hand, on the second day. When I told them this, they very kindly sent me out another smaller version to replace it, with just me covering postage and packaging again. Really lovely gesture as it was purely my fault.

Dreadful company.
Total failure to meet their own shipping times, they delayed my shipping estimate THREE times.
This is my second order with them, both orders were severely delayed and I had to chase them MANY times to receive basic information about my order/shipping.

Sizing of clothing is wildly inaccurate.
Quality of clothing is also very poor, nothing like how it looks in the pictures on the website.

I got tired of the massive shipping delays and requested cancellation and refund, at this point they stop responding to emails; but are suddenly very quick to respond when you leave them a negative review on Trustpilot.

This is a rogue, rip-off company posing as love and light, pseudo-spiritual. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give minus stars, this would be a minus ten review.

They will take your money and not process your order for WEEKS. Had to get Paypal to step in and refund me.

Existing poor review for trousers ordered on 22 March, arriving on 11April. Poor quality and fit. Now I have emailed three times since the delivery of order number Order No. #UKBS70851 but still no reply to my emails. I simply want to know where to send them back to but that information is not forthcoming, I do not want to do business with the company and the only way I can get a reply is to use Trustpilot.

Very disappointed with the delivery times having even paid extra for speedy delivery ordered my grandmother a present to which I was going to take with me to Italy for it still not to have arrived.

Do not use this company. I ordered 3 dresses in a larger size than I would normally, they are all still too small and of very poor quality.
When I asked to return I was initially fobbed off with offers of replacement and the like. Then I was told it was not a free return as advertised and surprise surprise they are to go back to China!!!

My beautiful shirts arrived and they are too small. I would like to return them but no address and no feedback form in my package. Please help me return and get the next sizes delivered. I need size: 4XXXX

The quality of the items that I ordered is ok, they do not feel top quality, but they are good enough. They took a long time to arrive, but they say that at the time of booking (5 to 10 days). I had problems with the size of a bracelet and they have been very attentive and kind and they are going to send another one over.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. There was no problem exchanging it

The garment is lovely but just wrong sizing
