Honestly wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered!!!! I have been waiting for my parcel that I ordered next day delivery for 3 days now. The parcel hasn’t moved at all. It’s a scam website that people should not be using. DO BETTER uk costumes. Hopefully people will see this and not use you. My son can’t attend his themed party now as I can’t get another outfit in time not that you care. I am hoping by a miracle you see all the emails i have sent and this review and just SEND THE DAMN PARCEL OUT!!! I will only have to fight for a refund when it doesn’t come and you lose the money anyway.

Ordered on Friday using next day delivery. I’ve still not recieved it, item is showing as not yet shipped and I cannot get anyone from customer service to reply to me to try and resolve the issue…really not good enough!

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering my sons costume, ordered 21st October with 2 to 3 days delivery tracked, still no costume and the tracking is stating preparing order still! To then add to the situation they do not respond to emails and do not have a contact number.... DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT DISSAPOINTMENT.

Ordered 18th October stated 2-3 working days and parcel still not arrived on 28th. Tried contacting customer services for updates but have had no response. Awful customer service. Costume was needed for today so will be of no use if it eventually arrives.

Unfortunately I ordered from here before checking reviews.ordered next day delivery if ordered by 2pm Monday night .so I thought ok Tuesday they will send out and I'll receive Wednesday. Haven't heard anything checking my order doesnt look like its even been packed when I need it by this friday.i wonder if I'll ever receive it .

Scam, the item can't be returned. They have sent me a defective item. They have provided return label, but the address does not exist. Royal mail "Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 20-10-2025 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender."
Don't buy from this business!!!

Ordered my son a costume for world book day, paid for next day delivery didn’t turn up.
It arrived on world book day so we ended up having no costume. Absolute joke why they offer next day delivery if ordered before 2pm when they clearly don’t.

Absolutely appalling service from this so-called company. If I could give them a minus five stars I would! I ordered a Wonder Woman costume for Halloween and paid extra for next day delivery. Not only did it not come the day after I ordered it, it didn't come until after Halloween so had nothing to wear. After almost 2 weeks and 3 emails pleading for a response and a refund they got back to me and weren't much help. I no longer needed the costume so sent it back through Royal Mail and have NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. This was 2 weeks ago at the time of writing. I am not happy and will warn anybody against using this company.

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery. Didn't receive the item, Iv emailed them several times to cancel it but they don't respond to emails.. they don't have any other form of contact, I messaged them on their Facebook account but no reply there either.
It's been 7 days since I places the order and on the website it's still showing as "order unfulfilled" so it hasn't even shipped!
Yet they took my money.. and I can't cancel and get refunded because they won't respond to emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I placed an order on Tuesday morning and paid for next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived, I am very disappointed today is Halloween and my kids don't have their costume, disgusting company!! They have no contact number and they don't answer emails!!!

Do not order from them. Failed to respond and deliver custom despite paying next day delivery.

Wrong costume has arrived, delivered to wrong address but luckily was a friend who gave to me, email sent to request the correct one be sent in time for halloween, but still no response after two days.

Ordered a costume at 9.15 on Tuesday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. The costume has not turned up, and an email and message to them this afternoon has not been replied to.

I ordered a costume on Monday.
I payed for next day delivery as the party is on Friday so I wanted to ensure it arrived in time

Ordered a Halloween outfit for my grandson on Thursday morning, paid extra for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived 2 days later. Contacted company only to be told that I can return the item but will not receive any of the delivery fee back despite it not arriving in time for the party.

Just bought two outfits from their website and it's turned up the next day and look and fit perfectly. Sizes are exactly on age and good quality. Would definitely recommend. Spoke with the customer service about order and they came back to me same day which is reassuring. Really good.
