I love my Cuban chains that I bought from craftd. They are very trust worthy and great quality. I feel very confident when I am wearing my jewelry and people comment on it all the time. Make me feel and look like I'm rich without spending a crazy amount of money. I always recommend people to crafted every time I hear the say I want to buy jewelry.

So happy I found CRAFTD! Their products are great but their customer service is even better! My husband was so happy with the necklace set I got him and when there was an issue with one item, they sent us a replacement of the whole set, which was not expected but much appreciated! Now my son gets a chain and is part of the CRAFTD family too!

Multiple pieces bought from them over 3 years, all high quality gear, no fade after multiple occasions or wearing consistently. Will be buying from in the future.

I’ve had a great experience with Craftd London. All of their jewelry designs look amazing — simple, stylish, and easy to wear with anything. The company has responded to this review asking that I reach out to them to resolve the problem. I’ve already done this twice. The first necklace was faulty and was replaced but the second one was also faulty. A third might also be faulty. Why would I want to risk that? I want a full refund as is my right under the Consumer Rights Act.

Ordered the totem pendant and couldn’t believe the quality for the price. It’s been an everyday piece for nearly a year now and is still like new!

Absolutely amazing products. I have bought a few things from Craftd, things being necklace and bracelets. They do not disappoint. Been wearing them non-stop for a year and so sign of wear and tear.

Good return policy

Was a little hesitate buying the Gold Clover Link Necklace, having previously only worn real gold chains in the past . Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product, I wear it daily to the gym and shower with it one and it still looks brand new. Would highly recommend this chain if you want something that stands out from the crowd and can be worn for every occasion, not forgetting the compliments I get from female admirers.

Hello, I bought 2 clover bracelets order number: 125642.
One of these bracelets some of the stones fell off which I reported on 22nd Feb 2026 and it was replaced but after 2 weeks of use, one of the stones fell off again in the new bracelet which I reported again on 21 march 2026 and since then, it was offered me the same (a replacement or credit in the store) which I don't feel comfortable getting it since I believe probably pieces aren't good enough, so I requested a refund.
Responses take 1 working day each to come, it was requested photos, which I sent, then it was requested my order number again, then I sent and the last response, the same agent answered saying that unfortunately my return wasn't received and that I needed to wait 14 days but no return was requested to me before.
If needed, I can send back the defected pieces but please send everything needed to process my request, when I bought it was displayed that is offered life guarantee for the pieces, which I don't believe more.
It's super unprofessional and show a bad intention from the company that want to make me to give up on my complaint.

Edited: A answer to the reply - I reported it on March 21st with all the photos and proof of what happened and it was offered either - replacement or credit store. Because it’s a recurring, as explained above, the replacement had the same issue, I don’t think I want any of these and I want a reimbursement.
I’ll keep waiting for a solution.

Love the jewellery and love that it’s from London

Experience from their side was just top honestly. I had some issues with the post office in my country and i texted them and they replyed in a short time and were super helpful even tho it was not their fault but the local post offices’. The bracelet what i bought is top quality im wearing it all day and as im a hairdresser water reaches it every single day more than just a quick shower and its still the way it is like when i get it. No rust no unwanted colors. Im definetley buying again from craftd and recomend everyone.

Item not refunded after multiple messages to them. Portal says no more returns as item received. They say Havn’t received. Now need to send Royal Mail proof -although it’s a qr generated by the company and shipping cost charged. Handed to Royal Mail as per instructions but now the onus is on me to provide details. Once scanned at post office the gate of the item belongs between them. Absolutely stay away from this company , of which there are three different names, completely soul destroying experience for myself and really glad it was not a high value item !! Just for information craftd, I have e mailed your company (again ) this morning , I hope you can find it as I am not putting tracking number on this public forum. I hope !!!!!! Your company can do this.

Craftd have always stuck to their word and that's why I love the brand so much. Sometimes things don't go as planned and the quality of some pieces might not be perfect, but everytime I've had an issue, it's been resolved once I've reached out to them.

Jewellery for me, has always been about fashion and I would have never spent thousands of pounds on Jewellery, but since I found Craftd, I can wear stylish, creative pieces without breaking the bank and with a better selection of pieces that are more modern and artistic.
