I’m seriously impressed with Crafted Jewelry. The quality is amazing i have bought 4 pieces from them and they haven’t tarnished at all, even with regular wear, and they’re super durable no breaking or bending. You can tell they’re made with care and meant to last. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for jewelry that actually holds up over time. Highly recommend!

Craftd London are aways a pleasure to purchase from. I have brought many bracelets in the past from these guys and also been so pleased with the quality of the product. I’ve only ever had one issue before with the catch breaking but I contacted there customer and it was sorted within minutes and posted me a new bracelet out.

What can I say. I spent years trying to find good jewellery that doesn’t break the bank and I have finally found it. The amount of brands I have tried and within a year their products have tarnished, yet Craftd have simply been brilliant! Couldn’t recommend enough for the wear factor, quality and styles to choose from they are top of the table 🙏

I've purchased two necklaces and two bracelets so far and couldn't be happier with the quality. I wear them every single day — to work, going out, running, even working out — and they still look great. These are pieces you won't regret buying.

I purchased a silver band ring as a Christmas gift. Regrettably it was too large so I posted it back to Craftd for a refund. It’s unfortunate the company have been unhelpful in processing the return and refunding my money. Repeatedly I have emailed them and been told the warehouse team will process the refund in 10 days but 77 days later and still nothing. Honestly I don’t know what I can do further.
I do expect better from companies charging a premium for jewellery (£90) and I will not purchase from them again. Next stop trading standards complaint

Delivery was fast and quick, products really high quality. I had some issues with sizing (my mistake, didn't measure properly for necklace), but returns were easy and quickly acknowledged and refunded.
