True to their word I never have to take my jewellery off because it's wearable 24/7
Also their customer service is second to none absolutely amazing and super friendly

CRAFTD London just taught me how not to run a business.

Received my order → initiated return the SAME day.
Their website was broken, so I emailed. David from support replied late, gave instructions, I followed everything and shipped it back unused.

Courier got delayed due to regional issues.

They received it late and said:
“Outside 14 days, no refund.”

So basically:
Their broken system + their slow support + shipping delays = YOUR loss.

David just kept copy-pasting policy like context doesn’t exist.

Offered store credit instead.

Yeah… no thanks.

My 14 year old grandsons eyes lit up when he opened the parcel containing the onyx cross and chain. He absolutely adores it and wears it everywhere. It goes well with any outfit. All of his friends want one too. His brother wants one too, so I have ordered one for him. The workmanship, design and artistry are outstanding and the materials give it an amazing zing. It's beautiful.

I love CRAFTD jewelry. I had an issue with a bracelet and the rep give me the choice of a new one or a compensation. So, I got a VIP service and I’m very happy.

I only get my chains and jewelry from CRAFTD and have been for years. Really appreciate their unique design, options, and customer service. They truly replace your chain if it is accidentally broken. That warranty is crucial! Thanks guys!

Crafted were brilliant. Ordered a gift for my husband, the brackets arrived and were really great quality, just too big. Customer service helped to keep me informed when the size was back, assist with the return and ensure we ended up with what we needed. Will purchase from here again.

Have bought necklace and ring and fit perfect. Company has always replaced damaged jewelry and has reached out when having issues. Loved the pendant compass rose and was replace the last time it was lost do to necklace links breaking.

I’m very satisfied with the support! When something didn’t work or got damaged, it was immediately refunded. The customer service was friendly, fast, and reliable. I really appreciate how much they care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Dealing with your company was painful. An order placed in December and exchanged and returned and I was still waiting for a refund three months later. I settled with a credit because I was sick of arguing back-and-forth with your Customer Service team. I will never order from your company again. Also, the sizing sucks. It’s either too small or too big. You don’t have anything in between.

For me, it is all about longevity and durability and I have had two Connell chains for a while now, one in gold and one in solver and I finally caved and bought a pendant. I use them at the beach, the gym, and even whilst playing soccer. I think they're the perfect brand for outgoing individuals like myself who need high-quality jewelry that does not break the bank.

I purchased this item because of the good reviews I read earlier and the “Claim of lifetime warranty”. I thought, I don’t really know the brand but even if I received a defective item, the warranty claim will help fix that. Unfortunately I have to say no, it doesn’t. This brand sends lots of advertisements, emails, everywhere. I received the gold 2mm bracelet, which broke after wearing for a short while, so I reached out to the brand about how the bracelet broke. I never received a reply until this day. Guys just for your peace of mind, please stay away from this brand because lots of claims they make are just false.

The company is trustworthy. Their products are exactly as described and good quality! Have already purchased various pieces. Also I have to mention that the customer service is super! 💪

This company offers cheap but durable long lasting jewellery and provide proper storage and cleaning for their jewellery, they also provide excellent delivery times

As you can see below, they repsonsed within 24 hours to a negative review. They know that this platform is not a space for dialogue so they have no intent of correcting the issue. They want to provide the appearance of supportive customer service. Meanwhile, they still have not responded to my request in their direct email nor support portal online. Please save yourself and DO NOT order from them. My verified order# 1005851

Overall decent pieces. Ordered one bracelet that had two options. I received the option that I DID NOT order. I've been trying to get this resolved with customer service. Three different people keep giving me three different answers. They only communicate via email. You'd be lucky to get a response at all. One rep tried to convince me that I received the correct order despite my sending the pictures against my order number. Another rep confirmed it was incorrect, only offered a replacement or store credit. They emailed me that offer at 9:00am and responded 9:06am ... to send the store credit since this was a gift. Also, with their slow, inconsistent responses, I didn't trust them at all. It's been 6 days and NO resolve. I will never order from them again simply because of the customer service.

I have purchased 7 bracelets from Craftdlondon. I get lots of compliments on the ones I wear. I wear 4 of them all the time. Never removing them. They look as good as the day I bought them about a year ago. My wife loves hers.
I will continue to purchase from this company as their product is great.
