Great products, support was fair and nice.

I am extremely disappointed with CRAFTD London.

I paid a $50.00 premium for DHL Express (2-4 Days) to ensure my jewelry arrived for a an event I'm attending.

Instead, the company shipped my order via Royal Mail, a standard postal service that has a two week delivery aim.

Not only did this downgrade because the package sat idle through the UK Bank Holiday (which DHL would have avoided), but it also ensures I will not have my order in time for my event.

To make matters worse, I have emailed support multiple times with zero response.

When I tried to ask for help on Instagram, the moderator DELETED my public comments rather than addressing the $50 overcharge.

Charging for a premium service and shipping via a budget carrier is deceptive.

I am now forced to file a dispute with American Express to get my shipping fees back.

The piece I got was very nice sadly I lost it because the clasp kept coming undone.

Craftd is a thrustworthy brand. I have ordered few of their items and they are all high quality. They have been my partner favorite accessory brand and my preferred way of gifting him for a year now. Besides, the customer support is always helpful and ready to sort your issues. I highly recommend.

This chain was my first chain and to this date my only chain. I almost never take it off, the last time I took it off was probably 5 months ago. I wear it in the shower, when I sleep, and when I sweat. The nice thing about the plated stainless steel is it still looks brand new. The other nice thing is my neck has never been green while wearing it.

The customer service is great when you have an issues. The jewelry is a toss up, sometimes it tarnishes, I wish they would offer your money back instead of store credit. Other than that the pieces are truly one of a kind and beautiful

I bought 2 items ($211) for a gift and then after I placed the order they said it was sold out… so I paid and still have yet to get my items.

Terrible customer experience ordered two tennis bracelets, first one ordered incorrectly my own fault accepted that, got a response to send it back and send out another one which was appreciated, completely forgot to send it back so emailed 2 weeks later and they refused to accept it back……. fair enough, so I ordered another bracelet a size smaller turned up the same size explained this to customer service and was told to send it back at my expense and they would just review it.
Would not recommend on that basis as they messed up and wanted it to be rectified my end accepted the first time was my fault.
Customer service is also a shambles

Great chains. I broke mine After two years and they were realy fast at answering and Provision me Store Credit for a new one.

I have been a CRAFTD customer for years now their stuff is so cool I don't shop anywhere else
True to their word I never have to take my jewellery off because it's wearable 24/7
Also their customer service is second to none absolutely amazing and super friendly
CRAFTD are the bee's knees

CRAFTD London just taught me how not to run a business.

Received my order → initiated return the SAME day.
Their website was broken, so I emailed. David from support replied late, gave instructions, I followed everything and shipped it back unused.

Courier got delayed due to regional issues.

They received it late and said:
“Outside 14 days, no refund.”

So basically:
Their broken system + their slow support + shipping delays = YOUR loss.

David just kept copy-pasting policy like context doesn’t exist.

Offered store credit instead.

Yeah… no thanks.

My 14 year old grandsons eyes lit up when he opened the parcel containing the onyx cross and chain. He absolutely adores it and wears it everywhere. It goes well with any outfit. All of his friends want one too. His brother wants one too, so I have ordered one for him. The workmanship, design and artistry are outstanding and the materials give it an amazing zing. It's beautiful.

I love CRAFTD jewelry. I had an issue with a bracelet and the rep give me the choice of a new one or a compensation. So, I got a VIP service and I’m very happy.

I only get my chains and jewelry from CRAFTD and have been for years. Really appreciate their unique design, options, and customer service. They truly replace your chain if it is accidentally broken. That warranty is crucial! Thanks guys!

First time order. The quality is great. I had one ring fade a bit at the tips of the crown. But they responded and handle it swiftly. Will continue to purchase here. Overall great 👍🏽

Crafted were brilliant. Ordered a gift for my husband, the brackets arrived and were really great quality, just too big. Customer service helped to keep me informed when the size was back, assist with the return and ensure we ended up with what we needed. Will purchase from here again.

Have bought necklace and ring and fit perfect. Company has always replaced damaged jewelry and has reached out when having issues. Loved the pendant compass rose and was replace the last time it was lost do to necklace links breaking.
