Extremely disappointed. I ordered a gift set (Order #UK918235) and paid a $50 CAD premium for DHL Express. However, CRAFTD shipped it via a cheap postal consolidator (Jersey Post) which handed it off to Canada Post. This is a total breach of contract. I have emailed support multiple times with tracking proof and have been completely ghosted. Do not pay for express shipping here; it is a scam. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my bank.

I ordered some gold rings and chains a while ago and I have to say, they are by far the best quality you can get for this price. Even though i wear the jewelry on a daily basis including while showering and washing my hands the gold plated color is still remaining and doesn’t seem to fade at all. I’ve seen pretty worse with much more expensive pieces. Very impressed and highly recommended!!!

The clover bracelet that I purchased broke, which is why I deduct a star, but customer service dealt with it straight away by offering me a replacement or store credit. The responses were fairly quick by email and a resolution was reached.

I ordered a ring for my boyfriend, but after some time it unfortunately started to discolor, even though this wasn’t supposed to happen according to the product information. I contacted CRAFTD and was helped very kindly and quickly. They provided me with store credit to reorder the ring, which I really appreciated.
However, the store credit didn’t match the original price of the ring, so I still had to pay extra. I found that disappointing, especially since the issue wasn’t my fault. Other than that, the service was helpful and professional.

Pretty poor really. Ordered a necklace and a bracelet, bracelet was a little too small so had to contact them to organise a return. Had to pay for this myself which isn't too uncommon but a bit annoying. Refund took 20 days to be processed, in between messages asking where the return was I was just getting AI replies back each time. Finally got the refund and they have taken off the postage cost off my original order, £4 less than I paid for the bracelet. Won't be using again. In days where returns elsewhere are normally free and refunds processed smoothly, not worth the risk of buying anything and not liking it!

Order #898926 (necklace refund) & Order #903752 (bracelet replacement) – Extremely poor customer service experience
My original order (#898926) was never marked as delivered, which meant I couldn’t even start a return on my own. After multiple attempts to contact support, I finally received a return link from an agent. The link clearly stated I had until 12th March to return the item.
In the meantime, I placed a second order (#903752) for a bracelet to replace the necklace (which was a gift for my fiancé), but unfortunately the bracelet was too small.
On 11th March, I returned both items together in the same package — the necklace (order #898926) for a refund and the bracelet (order #903752) for a replacement — including the correct return slip for the necklace as instructed.
A week later, I received the replacement bracelet but no update at all regarding the necklace refund. From there, things only got worse. I spent 3 weeks chasing support, opening multiple cases, and repeatedly providing the same information (return receipts, order numbers, item details).
Eventually, I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund because the necklace was returned “late” — despite the return link clearly stating a deadline of 12th March. No alternative solution was offered, just a flat refusal.
After even more back-and-forth and additional cases, I was finally offered store credit, which I accepted immediately. However, this is still unresolved — I am currently waiting for the store credit to be issued. Instead of progressing the case, I was asked yet again for order details I had already provided multiple times.
Throughout this process, I repeatedly received incorrect or irrelevant responses (for example, being told my order wasn’t delivered or that my replacement was already completed), which clearly shows that agents are not reviewing previous messages. Since each case is handled by a different person, there’s no continuity, making it nearly impossible to resolve anything.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had — disorganised, repetitive, and incredibly frustrating.
Update - once again they reply without reading my message! THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TOGETHER! I added the return slip for order 898926 inside the package as requested and it keeps being ignored! I am suing you for all this trouble, bunch of incompetents!
New update: I have provided a picture of the return receipt at least 4 times and last one was 5 days ago. Today I have been asked for it AGAIN! WTH? Completely useless people or most likely robots.
After one month and half they finally confirm that the necklace was returned together with bracelet. They then confirm the necklace will be refunded but days after they REFUND THE BRACELET INSTEAD OF THE NECKLACE!! How convenient when necklace was 30£ more! SCAMMERS! FRAUDSTERS!

Order placed on 1 April 2026 with paid FedEx Express (1–2 day delivery), still no dispatch or tracking after multiple follow-ups.
I placed order #1011054 on 1 April and specifically paid extra for FedEx Express delivery (1–2 working days). I was then informed by your team that the order had been prioritised and would be dispatched shortly.
As of today, I have still not received any confirmation of dispatch or tracking details.
I have now sent four follow-up emails since placing the order and have not received a single response beyond the initial message on 2 April. This level of communication is extremely poor, especially for a paid express service.
This is not simply a delay, it is a failure to deliver the service that was paid for and a complete lack of communication.
This order is time-sensitive and I require delivery before the 12th April, as a matter of urgency. At this stage, I expect immediate action and a clear update.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further escalation through my payment provider and relevant consumer channels.
I would strongly advise others to reconsider paying for expedited shipping.
I expect the team to respond and resolve this immediately.

My fiancé had a ring that one of the sections had fallen out so I emailed crafted about it and the responded pretty much straight away wanting to resolve it. They were extremely apologetic. They asked if I wanted them to re-send the ring or if I would prefer store credit; I opted for store credit which they said didn’t have an expiration date so I don’t have to stress about ordering something for my fiancé immediately

Although they promise non tear products, the chain I gifted my husband broke while sleeping. He pretty much woke up to a broken chain.
Purchased at the end of Feb 2026, broken by beginning of April 2026 & I cannot even return/ exchange as the "window" is now closed.
