Returned a hat that I paid £45 for and £5.99 delivery. After waiting 24 days for my refund they deducted £3 admin for processing a return. This should be illegal. Terrible customer service. Awful product.

Craftd London is selling items that are not fit for purpose. I have had two chains now that have lost their plating become rusted and caused skin irritation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to a refund for faulty goods that have already been replaced once and failed again. However, support is hiding behind 'return windows' to avoid taking responsibility.

They are happy to take your money but won't stand behind their products when they inevitably fail. Avoid at all costs!!!

Buy if you want skin irritation and a green neck like the hulk 🍏

Had to unfortunately send the item back, no issue with it at all but for another reason. Due to an issue with the returns process, it took in total 12 emails over 23 days before refund was made back into my account. God knows how long it would have been if I didn’t chase it up. Customer service isn’t great and no telephone number to call. Really disappointing to say the least. Order number UK915458. Just for some context, this order number was provided ten days ago (29/4/26) as requested by Craftd, still no contact!

Ordered April 10th, arrived April 21st. Took an extended amount of time to even leave its origin and when it finally arrived of course it was too small, I knew my ring size by letter but not by XS to L and the size guide was no help either, processed my refund and looking forward to getting my money back, save the hassle lads and stick to your local jewellers.

Ordered a pair of earrings which arrived faulty. I reported this straight away and asked for a replacement—pretty standard request.

What followed was a cycle of empty promises. On two separate occasions I was told a replacement would be processed and I’d receive dispatch confirmation within 2 days. That never happened.

After chasing a third time, I was then told the item is out of stock. At no point was this mentioned earlier.

At this stage, I don’t care about the excuse—I just want the replacement I was promised, or a proper resolution. Being told one thing repeatedly and then something completely different later feels like I’m being fobbed off.

If this isn’t resolved quickly, I’ll have no option but to raise a chargeback.

Craftd have provided the best customer experience I've ever received from a company.

I ordered one of there pendants with chain 6 years ago and have worn it everyday since. Last week the chain locking lever must have worn out causing the pendant to fall off, but luckily someone found and returned the pendant to me. I contacted Craftd the following day and they quickly responded and apologised for the issue, they asked if I would like a new chain sent out free of charge or a full refund. I asked for a new one to be sent and it's arrived today including a new pendant.

Couldn't be more happy with the experience that this company has delivered, the quality of their pendants are great and their customer service is spot on. Thank you Chloe for helping.

It’s been 7 days still without my parcel. Been in contact with customer service twice and literally copy and pasted response. Honestly lost for words with the customer service and the delivery time considering the good reviews about cratfd. Haven’t lived up to their expectations what so ever!!

Had to return my item and went through a hassle to get a replacement because products got out of stock which is understandable, however response time wasn’t the best and didn’t get any form of compensation for the delay or inconvenience.

The team at Craftd are quick to respond and super helpful. I was very happy with the service they provided. Highly recommend
