Ordered the halloween treadmill, the delivery took a few days and was quite slow, but once it arrived it was all in tact. Though the delivery company did lean it up against a wall in the rain so the box got wet and soggy. The instruction manual fails to say how to activate it as it didn't start at first until I turned to Reddit and found the answer on how to "unlock it". I'll post how below for anyone else struggling. Annoyed that it was weirdly locked when started and I had to turn to the internet to find out how to unlock it, so it loses a star for that. But otherwise seems all good.
Turn on the treadmill, take out the remote control
Press the deceleration button (minus) three times (short presses).
Press the acceleration button (plus) once (short press).
Press and hold the acceleration button (plus) for two seconds.
When you hear a long beep, the activation is successful. Then, press the middle button to check if the machine responds. (Mine didn't do the long beep, but it worked anyway).
This product seems to live up to its name and is reasonably priced for what it does.
This was a drunk purchase that was encouraged by friends! It has turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made. Although was bigger than expected and a little complicated to put together it was worth it. Has made such a difference to my daily routine of managing my osteoarthritis. Walking every day is a game changer to managing the pain.

Ordered my walking pad 16th October. Was sent a tracking link after waiting for over a week. Tracking doesn't track, no idea where the package is neither does the company! Emails, messages and keep getting the same generic email. £379 taken out of my account and coming to 2 week no delivery, spoke to someone on the phone and she didn't even know where it was so I asked for a refund and was told it would be done, now its gone silent. This is disappointing to say the very least. Quick to take my money shame you cant be quick to sort out the item I have paid for!

What's to celebrate. It's going to be used to put me to work.
But I ordered it, it arrived, I unboxed it and tested it works.
Now it's turned into a clothes horse.
Great under desk treadmill, very silent (after you remove the buzzer) and does not require any subscription or anything. When you first start it you have to link it to the app with Bluetooth but then you can delete the app no subscription or anything required. Also the price was very good value given the build quality and how much shipping must have cost.
Such incredible service when I had issues with my pad, they tried to resolve but offered a full refund or replacement when all efforts failed. Such great continous service and real empathy shown.
There was a significant dicount on the treadmill, and was not sure what to expect. It was easy to order, and it arrived on time, and was very happy with the build and quality of the unit. My wife is very happy with it, and she is able to move the unit with ease, and has a quick release clip, to lower the safety bar for storage. It has large digital floor screen, to dsiplay relevant details, and comes with a remote control to manage speed as well. It is being used more for fast walking, than running.

I was a little dubious about ordering a treadmill as there were mixed reviews online. The purchase and delivery experience was really smooth and the treadmill arrived within 3 days, no issues at all. It’s a great little machine with a variety of speed settings to use for walking or running. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, but really enjoying it and will definitely make more use of it over the winter months. Great value for money. The app is another good addition for tracking progress.
I ordered a treadmill from here on the 22nd September and it arrived relatively quickly, however when opened it was faulty. The model I chose had a raising handrail and when raising it, the metal was crunching together and it wouldn’t lock up on one side.
I contacted customer service and sent a video of the issue. The troubleshooting wasn’t great and even though I’d sent a video clearly showing the fault they still kept directing me to a video and asked me if someone else had tried to do it in case I was doing it wrong. Except they’d already seen the video clearly showing the fault.
I asked to return it and had to wait almost a week for it to be picked up so had to have this massive box sitting in my hallway.
It was picked up over a week ago now on a fast delivery service and I’ve heard nothing from the company so I’m still £220 down and very very frustrated.
Fancy website and all that but it just feels like a cover for something so much cheaper.

Since writing the below review, I received an email from a gentleman named Jack who sorted my return and refund promptly. Although in total, the return process took 4 weeks, Jack did his best to efficiently solve my problem as soon as he took my case. I am still receiving emails from other staff telling me my email has been passed to the relevant department so there is a clear lack of communication/system in place. However I am pleased I have received the correct support and I received my refund within 5 days of the order being collected. If this review was for the equipment and the staff member - Jack - who solved my problem, it would be 5 star. Simply due to the rubbish in between, I am giving 3. Thanks again, Jack!

I recently placed a bulk order of 11 bikes and 11 mats from DeerRun. I hadn’t read the reviews beforehand, and when I did, I immediately panicked and emailed them to check my items were in stock. To my surprise, they replied quickly to confirm everything was available and would be shipped soon.
I then received an email saying the goods would be delivered the next day – which was a bit inconvenient as someone needed to be home to sign for them with less than 12 hours’ notice – but I was just relieved they were actually arriving given the negative feedback online. The delivery went ahead with no issues, which was great.
However, due to a change in circumstances, I could no longer keep the order and emailed DeerRun three weeks ago to arrange a return. Since then, the customer service has been absolutely appalling. I’ve had a different person emailing me every day, all repeating what the previous person said or claiming the matter had been passed to “the relevant team.”
Eventually, I was told I’d have to pay £130 to return the items, which I agreed to, as the return was my decision. But then I received another email offering me £30 per bike to keep them “to save the hassle of returning.” I replied clearly that I don’t have space for them and want to return everything for a full refund.
They then confirmed the return would be collected on Friday, so I even took a day off work to be home for it. It’s now Thursday, and I’ve just received yet another email asking again if I’ll keep the order for £30 per bike. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve wasted time, money, and now a holiday from work because they’ve gone back and forth without ever following through on what they promised. I will not be paying the shipping bill when this has cost me a full day’s pay.
Do not order from this business. The products may arrive, but the customer service is beyond shocking. Please, someone at DeerRun — if anyone with any sense works there — just process this return and refund properly!

The product is exactly as described, not too heavy and so can be moved around easily and very good quality. The only thing I would have liked is a reverse option so that I can walk backwards on it but otherwise it is perfect for me when using my standing desk at work.

The treadmill is great but the problems easy to assemble great to run on but we had with getting it to us delivered was a bit of a nightmare any address over 32 Letters and they can't deliver no other delivery company has had this problem caused a bit of stress had to delivery to my 80 year mother luckily my the driver pushed it into the house as she's very frail
I purchased the A5 Pro-Smart folding treadmill after lots of research. I absolutely love it, it fits under the bed in my case but a sofa if you have one high enough off. the ground and can easily be moved around on wheels. I decided to get this instead of the walking pads because of the speed levels and I’m glad I did. 6kmph is the top speed on a walking pad which is the speed I comfortably walk at so there would have been no room to improve on that. With the treadmill I can jog and when I get fitter will be able to run on it too as it has a good top speed. It’s comfortable on the joints and isn’t noisy so I can listen to music without having to turn it up. The PitPat App is also good because it controls the treadmill so if you want to do interval walks or runs it does it all for you adjusting the speed etc. All in it’s a great bit of kit.
So easy to order and kept up to date regarding delivery

After a month of daily regular use, I can confidently say the treadmill has exceeded my expectations. I am used to commercial gym equipment, yet this compact design has impressed me with its stability, strength, and smart incline feature. It required a brief adjustment to shorter strides, but once accustomed, the movement feels natural, fluid, and effective.
The incline range is excellent, offering a true challenge that engages the calves and lifts the heart rate while remaining smooth and comfortable. I use it daily and easily reach over 10,000 steps, making it a vital part of my fitness routine, especially as the weather turns colder.
The build quality is outstanding. It feels sturdy, reliable, and well made. The mat beneath the machine enhances stability and reduces vibration. My only minor note would be the sound of the remote beeping, which I wish could be softened or muted, but it is a very small detail in an otherwise excellent design.
After extensive research, I chose this model for its incline capability, reliability, and design integrity, and it has delivered on every point. The aftercare and support have been equally impressive.
For anyone considering a home treadmill, I highly recommend visiting the showroom before purchasing. Seeing and testing the models in person made all the difference to my decision.
