Great product and great service

Very quick delivery. Had an issue with first walking pad that was delivered but customer service was exceptional and they organised a replacement immediately. Love my walking pad, its really simple to use during the working day

If I could rate zero I would!

Placed two orders, one for me and one for elderly mother to get her more active. the first order made 21st November and still not received with numerous deliveries that have not turned up! I have requested a refund on both and await a response! These people should be ashamed of themselves. Order numbers are UK-DR34132 and UK-DR32976

Please immediately cancel both orders and refund.

I purchased a treadmill and received an…

My partner purchased a treadmill and received an email saying the courier company XPD had got my item and that it was on its way.
10 days later and they have still got it and I have not been sent anything.
I emailed the courier XPD 3 times and got no reply. They do not have a phone number and when I looked them up on a Company House search they are a dormant company.
Clearly a 3rd rate company or even worst a scam.
I contacted DeerRun and 24 hours later they have informed me by email that my treadmill has been lost! Seriously, a 32kg teadmill has been lost in the post! BS!
I have now requested a full refund, but I won't hold my breath.
Steer well clear of this company

Appalling products and terrible customer service from a scam company

Two treadmills, one of them a replacement for a faulty one, both with the same fault, delcared unfixable by DeerRun tech support, no refund despite one promised, left me with the cost of disposal of the faulty useless items, constant AI-generated emails stating it's been "passed to the relevant department and please be patient". This has been going on for three weeks and DeerRun are absolute scammers, as are the UK distributor, some chinese bloke in Birmingham, who is also ignoring all communication through Amazon and who expects me to pay the shipping to return the faulty treadmills.
I have very little doubt that Deerrun's customer service "agents" are bots. They've got my money and I'm stuck with two useless treadmills I'm going to have to pay in excess of £100 to dispose of. Absolute bloody scammers.

Good treadmill and helpful customer service

Once I eventually received my treadmill I’m very happy with it. It seems of good quality for the money I paid for it and does all I want it to. I did have issues with delivery, with the first delivered treadmill arriving in a severely smashed up box that upon opening, showed a severely smashed treadmill! But when I contacted customer services they were very helpful and supportive and after a few emails back and forth with photos of the damage, they arranged to send out a replacement which arrived swiftly. My only real issue is with their courier XDP. They don’t have info on when it will be delivered, no options to rearrange delivery if it arriving on a day you’re not in and they clearly don’t look after the parcels. Deerrun need to think about changing the courier they use. But the actual product and company and their customer service I have no issues with and am happy.

DeerRun Q1 Mini treadmill

I ordered a do your own Treadmill on the 19 of November 2025.
Since then I have contacted this company on various occasions and I get nothing but excuses time after time, i have even asked for a full refund and all I get.It's been passed to an higher authority. Absolutely Disgusting and I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

Happy with the treadmill

Happy with the treadmill, it's sturdy and runs smooth. The locking bolts for the frame get easier after every tighten/loosen. The delivery took 10 working days.

I hope Michael Owen got his treadmill quicker than me

I'd love to discuss how wonderful the A1 pro is as a treadmill but I can't as I haven't received it yet. 8 days with XDP with no one able to offer any tracking information save for an initial message "we have it!" and then.......nothing. Ask the courier via some chat facility and still no feedback.....nothing. Speak to DeerRun and it's a case of you'll have to wait a further 3-5 days. Try again at the end of the week....still nothing. Even Evri have better tracking facilities than this and that's saying something. I asked about a refund and even that is going to take ages to process so I'm still stuck in this waiting game expected to drop everything as and when the magical "3 hour window" is announced (hopefully this side of Christmas). I was looking to order another treadmill for my father in law but judging from the experience so far I'll look to Amazon prime - at least you know when to expect it. Sorry Michael but I can't get enthused with this crowd.

Update: After finally receiving the treadmill it broke after just 3 uses. One of the bolts that secure the side arms into position has sheared off inside with the retaining nut rattling about in the motor box unit. Can't really trust using it in case the loose nut gets trapped in the motor or the side bars collapse. Absolute junk.

Fast postage

Fast postage; great item - I bought a smaller deerrun walking pad and a larger with handrail and incline - both came in around a week, Easy to set up and the whole family has been using it, great interface and design, thank you!

AWFUL

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL, i mistakenly had my old address down as delivery address , but within minutes of placing order I contacted the ‘customer support’ via email and phone (international) and they assured me that the address would be changed - 24 hours later I received an email saying my order was out for delivery to the wrong address - I called and emailed AGAIN and then received an email saying ‘sorry, it’s been dispatched, we suggest you contact the people living at that address!’
Absolutely SHOCKING customer service!! Appalled that for the cost of the machine, they cannot at least have a customer agent in the UK THAT has any idea what is going on.
Will NEVER use company again!

I called this morning for an update on…

I called this morning for an update on my order as it has been longer than the time quoted on their website to be told it's not an additional 3-5 business days! The customer service advisor was very unhelpful and not kind. Don't order from this company as no responses to my emails either about a refund.
