A problem with my delivery.:- 8th June 2023
After being told of a problem had occurred with my order.
I got in touch with the supplier asking about my goods.
Within a short time the problem was quickly and fairly
sorted for me and the supplier. I now have my goods on July 4th. which I'm very happy with. I have used the supplier and will do it again. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the lovely person who helped me. Thank you so much, you were very kind and helpful.

I was missing some pieces of one letter and they said they would send me them, but not that one letter they sent all the other colours too, which ws very nice of them

I am nearly finished the 35x35 Celtic picture FC1045. It is great quality and I really like how you pack the tiles in seal again bags with the code number on it. I have run out of Bag number 3 back ground green. Is it possible to buy more of this colour?

Found UK.diamondpainting during the Covid lockdown and they have never failed to impress, each purchase has been perfect. Recently I ordered a custom design and they contacted me to recommend a different size to make my design look better. I'm so happy they took the time to ask me and cannot wait to receive my delivery now.

I'm new to Diamond painting & went looking on Youtube for websites selling them. I loved Diamondpaintinggifts website because it has the best selection of 30x30 sized kits. I only have a small lap table so this size is great for me. I was worried about shopping from a website in China, but my worries soon disappeared when I contacted their customer service by email. I had a reply within hours & was told that 4 of the kits I had ordered were out of stock & the date they will be back in again. I waited for them to come back as it was only a week to wait. The customer service team let me know they were dispatched & they arrived in 8 working days with a tracking number to follow the package. I am now about to make my second order with them & can honestly say that they are genuine, care about their customers & honestly want to help. They have hundreds of kits & are adding new designs all the time.

I had a bit of an issue with my order but after contacting customer services they dealt with my query straight away and was sorted in less than 48hours. They were very helpful and quick.

I herd about this website from a friend so I thought I would have a look. The different options are very good and they have a huge variety of diamond painting at very affordable prices. The quality is great and if you spend £50 or over you get free delivery abd a free diamond painting. When I placed my order it took a couple of days till.i could see the tracking information abd I got my order in just over a week. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone that loves diamond painting.

I've had quite a few orders from here. All the prices have been very competitive, and the goods have arrived in good time, and the products are fantastic. This is now the only site I use to buy my diamond paintings from. I would highly recommend!

This Company is a joy to order from. Even if I make a silly mistake the Support Team are so helpful. All their products are packaged nicely and I get really excited waiting for my diamond painting to arrive. A very professional company who care about their customers.

They were very helpful I asked for a size on my diamond painting they wrote back to me saying that the size would be no good and advised me to take the size they said which I have done who else would do that they are very good I would recommend them everytime

Excellent customer service. Replaced an item not in stock with a more expensive item free of charge.
