Had a problem with my Parcels but spoken with them and it’s been resolved thanks

I made a mistake on my order so contacted the company. They responded in the same day and corrected the mistake. Communication was excellent. They were friendly and helpful and I love their products. I highly recommend them.

I have recently had to use their aftercare service and they have been very helpful -unfortunately it was my own fault as I had ordered the wrong item🙆.
I am always pleased with the Diamond Painting kits I have received and just love doing them.

I have recently started doing diamond art. I find it to be very therapeutic takes your mind of Any worries you may have. The end product is lovely, I have given this as presents which have really pleased friends and relatives.

Emailed the team regarding an order enquiry. Had a very quick response. They had looked into my order and said it was being dealt with . So nice to have a speedy response . Will definitely be ordering from this site again . Previous orders have been very good . A very happy crafter

Ordered some keyrings was a little dubious but reviews were good.

Items easy to order and expected a long wait, order placed and arrived 7 days after dispatch

No reply on messenger or email
Placed an order on 24.02, today is 11th of March and still no progress on the order
As there is no reply cannot even claim my money back
Update: received a reply that items were out of stock and received the order
