I have used this company quite a few times, all received what I ordered. Very good customer service.
Just ordered a personal diamond art. Will stay with the same company as it’s great value for money, nd they have a wide range to choose from.

Contacted them as my order had not been dispatched after nearly 4 weeks. Their response was almost immediate, they explained clearly that 2 parts of my order were out of stock but were due to arrive around the 12th and if I didn't want to wait I was welcome to order replacements. As it was only a few days away I told them I was happy to wait, to which they again responded very quickly thanking me for my patience. Great customer service. Would definitely use again.

I couldn’t find a diamond painting kit that was on an email that I received, I contacted customer support, they replied really quickly and sent an email that opened on the page I wanted, I am very impressed that they responded so quickly and I ordered 2 kits

Did not post because one of the 6 items was out of stock. Christmas presents wasted. When parcel arrived the HOME diamond picture was horrendous with misshapen diamonds and very poor quality that cannot be use if putting the picture in an illuminated frame.

This firm provides excellent customer service. There were difficulties with the delivery of my last order caused by the couriers but the firm replaced the parcel twice. Then there was one packet of drills missing and again there was no problem getting them replaced. The quality of the goods is excellent and provides many ours of pleasure making the pictures

Terrible company, I ordered 3 paintings two of same size to make a feature on my wall. They sent me one the incorrect size. Did not offer to send correct one, I expect they didn’t have it. I requested a refund and I would send the incorrect one back. First offered me £6 if I bought another painting over £10 so in effect a £4 refund, I refused so after going back and forwards with them they said £4 refund only. Very disappointed with this company and I’m sorry but don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from unless fake of course!
Don’t use this Company as if they make a mistake they do not rectify it.

Recently I received an item that was faulty, I got in touch with the company who got in touch with the manufacturer and a replacement item was sent also I will receive a free gift with my next order, nothing is too much for these guys, they go above and beyond to sort things out and they are very polite,

Great kits at great prices. I had 1 issue with the wrong gems being sent for 1 picture and this was resolved instantly, the correct gems posted out with no fuss or hassle. Definitely recommend and will definitely order again.

Placed a large order, I received everything I ordered and just WOW, every DDP is absolutely beautiful, definitely well worth value of the pictures, definitely are better than I could ever imagine.
I can't wait to place my next order and get more absolutely gorgeous pictures

Excellent communication quick to reply, and to sort out any issues or queries you have with no trouble at all. Very freindly polite and the pictures are all of great quality even the personalised ones, the seller wants you the buyer to be happy with your order and if your not just tell them the problem and they sort it free of charge too. This my 3rd big order of pictures to do I'm waiting for in the past few months and love them all.

They were very helpful when my 2nd parcel from them got lost, they quickly sent out a second one, which I received quit quickly and they kept in touch though out the hole time, would recommend very much, and the diamond art are very good
