I love this site, I buy ALL my diamond art from here. Twice, on 2 separate orders l thought a mistake had been made. On both occasions they reply by the following morning and have been so polite. Both times it turned out to be my mistake (I hadn't looked properly) they still replied that they were pleased for me. 💯 recommend them. Heather Gotch

I have started my next project of diamond painting beautiful can't wait to finish it,

After ordering I found that I had ordered two of one item, I emailed the company right away and next morning had a reply saying they had changed my order. I cannot find fault with this company have ordered items and always received them within the allotted time.

Did not receive my parcel,emailed them and they helped me with that.couldnt find my parcel so send me new one right out to me.excellent service will use again.

Waited a long time for delivery, loads of excuses! Save your money cos it's definitely not worth it. Could have bought elsewhere for half the price but was swayed by the reviews.
