Nightmare to Return!
Ordered 2 bedside drawers which arrived separately. After opening the first arrival I decided to return as it didn’t look right in the bedroom. Emailed homary who sent a link to fill in. Unsure as to whether the form was sending as it showed Chinese writing. Emailed again and think the form went through although you do not get confirmation of this. In the meantime the 2nd set of drawers arrived which I refused acceptance. Unsure now where to go with this as homary are not replying and I have no confirmation of the second set being delivered. Dhl are another company who does not have a human to talk to! Will have to wait for bank and Klarna for refund. Do not order from this company unless you know you will be keeping the furniture. So stressful!!
