My parcel still hasnt been delivered it was posted on 22/5/26 it is now 10/6/26. Customer support dont care, appauling service. Several customer service agents gave not raused it as an issue as they said it can take upto 6 months to clear customs! I paid the customs fee in advance on the service being promoted as quicker etc and to save my granddaughters mother incurring the cost. Advertising a service that cannot be fulfilled. I have raised an issue with DPD/TDX directly. My granddaughter aged 6 is upset she hasnt received her birthday gifts

I still don't have my package, terrible service.
They delivered my parcel to a completely different place 2 weeks ago, I have been trying to find where it is with no luck, I reached out to customer service, who told me they would get back to me and never did. My parcel was a punching bag worth over £200 and it is still unresolved. Terrible, and the search continues.

confirmation showed a different, later date for collection than booked. called customer support and was told they would email me to confirm an earlier pick up. no email received. then the courier didnt even arrive on the date but called a day later to arrange a collection. pathetic. I had to book a same day van service instead.
