Turns out to be one of those rogue sites that manages to bend the the rules set by UKGC. I to have a pending withdrawal. The GC state a casino operator must not use a request for ID or financial verification (AKA consumer due diligence) as a condition to releasing winnings. However, there is a way around that.

Reading other reviews I have noticed a trend here. I was able to withdraw £60 and a few weeks later £110. Now after requesting £150. They require my financial details. Understandable as they have a right to do that if they suspect problem gambling. But it should not be a reason to hold onto the winnings. And of course they are ignoring emails.
I URGE EVERYONE TO REPORT JACKPOT.COM TO UKGC.
I've already spoke to them. But I get the impression they don't think any casino they license will behave badly.
They don't deal with complaints directly. Instead they advise using ADR However, they have a duty to investigate reports of wrongdoing.

Avoid this petty casino basically absolutely useless and impossible to withdraw larger amount also I would strongly suggest to avoid helpful lady Catherine on online chat …
Also they will lock ur acc while playing and keep ur money until next day … clearly can’t afford to pay winners so using ur dollar lols

Again delays and lies my withdrawal has not arrived in my account this has been for 4 days pending I got email from them 2 days ago that my withdrawal should be processed within 72 hour they have not kept the word where is my money and now they not even replying to my emails

Wish I had read the reviews here first, players beware of this site. Have locked my account with £500 in credit. Unable to access. unable to withdraw, e mails do not get replied to, phone calls are never answered only a voicemail. No recourse it seems. passing on to ukgc, and small claims court. Now must wait 15 days and attempt to recover via bank. If you like any kind of customer service DO NOT play here. Will amend this revue if there is any further development, but given the total silence so far, it's doubtful.

Been playing here a for a month had withdrawals etc no problem. Recently asked to verify account again when I had a pending withdrawal. Been over a week with no comms back. Reached out multiple times but just get ignored.

Made 2 withdrawals 8 days ago which are still pending! Sent various messages and emails .. customer service is horrendous as they don't seem to reply.. wish I'd have read some of these reviews before playing on this site.. I have very little hope that I will recieve my money any time soon.. I will change my rating if that's the case otherwise I'll be staying well clear of this site in future

Not sure where these good reviews are coming from ? Honestly do not waste your money the RTP is non existent safe to say I lost a lot (my own fault) but the bonuses are non existent as are the wins one of the worst sites I’ve been on please don’t waste your money !!! There are a lot better sites out there that are more fair

I actually thought this was a good online casino - I had played for roughly a month. As usual practice I was asked for documents - I provided them. I then had a small win - I was about to withdraw, when suddenly my account was blocked. Very difficult to then get an answer - Can't give more than 1 star I am afraid, and I would probably avoid.

Site is an absolute scam, they won’t pay you if you win. Stay far away from sketchy sites like this. Horrible.

To preclude this review I am no stranger to online casinos and am no stranger to losing money on them. I reluctantly accept that all games are indeed random and I tend to roll my eyes reading reviews on here left by sore losers.

Such was the case the other evening/morning (I work nights). I won around £250 during a bonus round of Eye of Horus at around 04:05.

The round finished, told me my winnings and then it immediately logged me out. I was then prevented from logging back in, with an error coming back each time about them ‘protecting their customers by stopping late night deposits and playing’.

Although slightly annoyed, I thought fair enough I suppose if it helps protect players then good for them.

I expected however when I was allowed to log back in that my winnings would be credited as normal, or would come up with the ‘your last game was disconnected, click continue to resume’.

Sadly this was not the case. The winnings disappeared and I could find no trace in my transaction history. I have raised a complaint and they said they will investigate but I am not holding my breath.

They wanted screenshots etc but unsurprisingly I do not have these as 1, I did not expect to be randomly logged out and 2 I have never thought it necessary to take them as on all other sites I have never faced this issue.

I will update this review depending on the outcome but it’s a certainly left a bad taste in my mouth whatever happens.

As I said, I reluctantly accept that all games are random and out of control of the casino.

However, the decision to randomly log a player out is within control of the casino and it seems very suspect the random time at which the log out was forced, and that it came at a time I had just won.

Theres something very concerning when you go through the reviews. 1st is they don't pay you your withdrawals but happily accept your deposits..Surely if you are legit if your customer is not who they say they are why would you still accept payments from them. Basically this company is a third rate casino/gambling site that hides and bends UKGC rules to suit their needs of pocketing customers money. I have had the misfortune of dealing with a lot of these in the past and now my lesson is basically to read the reviews and balance out or get a feel of what is really happening before I part with any money. I thank all those REAL people who left an honest review and my commiserations to you for getting ripped off. As customers we really need more power and if the gambling commission is impotent in doing anything about them it's down to us do something. This is my stance on it.i suggest all those reading reviews first to take heed and do not part with money to these crooks

This is one of the worst sites I’ve used. The games are good but the customer service in relation to receiving your winnings is poor. They don’t work over weekends !! The worst part is I made two deposits on Saturday that had not been credited to my balance and it is now Wednesday still unresolved. All I have heard is that it is with compliance. They have had my money for 4 days and I have not received anything. I’m so disappointed and I will be closing my account as soon as this is sorted.

It was simple to play the game but I realised that, I've won 3 numbers but no contact has been made with me or payment has also been made.
This will be an easy way to play the game but needs some explanation in claiming

Tried to make my first deposit which was declined, no attempt was made to my bank to take the money, anything related to my card is updated by my bank via text and pop-up notification. The issue was with Jackpot.com's payment provider. Went onto live chat who was utterly useless and advised the payment team only work 9-5 Mon-Friday.

Closed the account. Can't be doing with any of that.
