henry the worst fake name claiming to be henry foster using the uk accent trying his hard to tampered cutomer details and not explaining what actually is included in the websites its a fradulent websites doing business stating that after purchasing your tickets thier game plan starts stating that your luggage is not included, your seat is not included ,your meal is not included and for this you have to pay extra to them not even that they say you cant even check online luggage cost was around £1000 mr Henry foster the fake said ,

Aaron and Oscar at UK.lookbestfare.com got us an excellent deal so that we were able to mix premium economy and economy on a long haul flight to New Zealand. They spent time on giving us a tailor made solution at a good price which was not available on line. After we purchased the tickets Aaron was really helpful in getting the seats we required. I would highly recommend this company

As a frequent traveler, I primarily purchase tickets online. However, I recently had an exceptionally negative experience. Although the individual I interacted with regarding my ticket was helpful, the company's policies for customer satisfaction are severely lacking.

I can’t use the word scammers but both Alex & Spencer were inconsistent with their advice. They send me an itinerary with Singapore Airlines Logo where Singapore Airlines even don’t fly!

When I asked for their ATOL and IOTA registration number, I was given numbers of a different company.

I have wasted my time but fortunately no money.

I purchased a ticket from lookbestfare.com, I entered all my personal data including the credit card, I placed an order, but didn't receive the ticket, 4 days later I sent an e-mail asking what is going on with my purchase, but more than 3 weeks passed by, no respond from lookbestfare.com at all. I have been purchasing oversea tickets for very long time, never happened this situation to me before. Perhaps is a scam company trying to steal personal data of passengers, I don't know what to think?

I was cheated badly in the name Aron, Stephen, Johny. All these guys are asians and use english names to speak. I have lost £550, and i am booking a new ticket to fly tomorrow morning

SCAM...BEWARE.
I HAVE BEEN LURED INTO BUYING INTERNATIONAL BREAK JOURNEY TICKETS AS THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER WEBSITES... IT WAS STILL BIG AMOUNT FOR ME OF APPROX £1500 FOR 3 TICKETS. AFTER TAKING PAYMENT INSTEAD OF SENDING ME E-TICKETS THE TRAVEL AGENT CALLED ME AND MENTIONED ADDITIONAL SCAREMONGERING CONDITIONS ALONG WITH THE ONE THAT BOTHERED ME MOST WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE TAKING PAYMENT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE TICKETS WILL BE GIVEN SEPARATE FOR EACH SEGMENT OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS WHICH DOESN'T GUARRRANTEE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE CONNECTING FLIGHT IF 1ST FLIGHT GETS DELAYED FOR ANY REASON AND TO FIX THIS THE AGENT ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY. I HAD PAID FOR SINGLE TICKET AS A SINGLE ORDER WITH SINGLE ITENARARY SHOWING CONNECTING FLIGHT WITHIN THE SAME ITINERARY THEN WHY WOULD I BE GIVEN SEPARATE TICKETS AND RISKING WITH THE CONNECTING FLIGHT? AND WHY THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE TAKING PAYMENT? I HAVE TAKEN CONNECTING FLIGHTS BEFORE BUT NEVER HEARD OF SUCH CONDITION WHICH ALERTED ME THAT I GOT CAUGHT INTO SCAM.

SO BASICALLY IT SEEMS THIS AGENCY'S WORKING MODEL IS TO LURE IN CUSTOMERS BY ADVERTISING CHEAP TICKETS AND THEN ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO UPGRADE THE TICKETS TO FIX BY SCARE MONGERING BY ADDING MORE CONDITIONS AND LIES DEPENDING ON CUSTOMERS SITUATION AFTER TAKING PAYMENT. I AM AMAZED TO SEE HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MODEL.

THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED JUST TO ME... AS THERE ARE SIMILAR REVIEWS FOR THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IN PAST AS WELL. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THOSE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE.
AGENT HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY E-TICKETS YET SO MY ONLY OPTION LEFT IS TO APPLY FOR CHARGEBACK FROM MY BANK. LESSON LEARNT THE HARDWAY.

I USUALLY DON'T POST REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO POST THIS TIME... HOPING THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO SAVE ATLEAST ONE MORE PERSON GETTING INTO THEIR TRAP.

It was really a fantastic experience booking tickets with Look Best Fare,entirely wholesome experience, I booked the tickets and cancelled rebooked and cancelled again, the staff are really patient and deal calmly
Would not book with anyone else. Got the best agent for life ❤️❤️
