If it seems too good to be true it probably is. This should be their motto. The quoted price, that drew me in from a comparison site was low. It turned out that the flight that I booked had unacceptable conditions (for me ). To be fair, Spencer sorted it out, but it was a LOT more money. Probably more that if I had booked it through the airlines own website.

TOTAL BLATANT SCAM! The “purchase” price was just the “ticket holding price” and when I called they expected me to “pay the difference between the holding price and the real price”. When I told them to cancel they said “sure but the purchase is non-refundable”. TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Fare didn't exist
I tried to book two BA flights to Tokyo. I phoned to ask about baggage allowance as there was no information on the website. I was told that it was hand baggage only. I asked if this was rucksack size or overhead locker size. I was told overhead locker size – no weight limit was given.
On the basis of this I booked the ticket. I was subsequently called and told that only one piece of personal luggage was allowed weighing 5kg. I challenged this as to my mind this is handbag size not overhead locker size as I had been informed. I also looked at the BA website which indicated that the BA basic economy fare included 2 items of cabin luggage. I was passed to a number of people and finally to Jackson. He advised me that I had reserved a basic economy fare and the information I had been given by his colleague was incorrect as I was allowed two items of luggage in the cabin, one of 5kgs and one of 7kgs. I challenged this once more saying the BA website indicates that both items of cabin baggage can be up to 23kgs each in basic economy. Jackson told me that this was a special fare and had lower baggage limits.
This seemed very strange to me as I have never seen BA ask you to weigh your cabin baggage. I separately phoned BA to confirm details and was advised by two different people that the basic economy fare had the same baggage allowance for all passengers. It didn’t matter whether you booked through a travel agent or direct with BA.
By now I wanted to cancel if I could as I no longer trust UKlookbestfares.com to given me correct information.
BA told me that I could cancel within 24 hours of booking without charge had I booked with them. However UKlookbestfares.com would not honour this and wanted to charge £100 per person to cancel. I decided to continue with the booking reasoning that if it was a total scam I had paid on my credit card and so could make a S75 claim, despite the fact that I would prefer to avoid the aggravation of this.
When I advised Jackson of BAs comments on the baggage allowance I was told I was wrong as Jackson knew what he was selling. He told me that the basic economy fare I was being offered had less baggage allowance than the basic economy fare if I booked with BA direct. I was told that I could book hold baggage of £128 pp each way, even though BA indicate that they charge £70pp each way for one bag and even less if you book the ticket with baggage in the first place. I was told that BA would not allow me to buy extra baggage on line before travelled and it had to be booked through UKlookbestfares.com. This appears contrary to information on the BA website. To me this appeared to be a way of increasing the fare substantially so I decided to book the basic economy fare without extra baggage and wait and see what luggage allowance was stated on the ticket when it came through and try and buy more baggage on the BA website if I could.
I phoned the day after making payment as the ticketing email had not appeared to be told that I had been sent a confirmation form automatically which the airline required me to complete. A very strange request at this stage of the process. I advised UKlookbestfares.com that I had not received said form and was told by the person I was speaking to that they would go to their manager’s desk and send the email to me right away. The email would be with me within 30minutes. It wasn’t. So I telephoned again and was told that the ticket request had been sent to the airline (BA) and they were waiting on the airline to respond. I would hear back with 2-3 hours.
Ninety minutes later I received a call to say that UKlookbestfares.com could not honour the fare as BA had no availability at that price. Whilst I had cancelled my credit card during the process as I became uncomfortable with the information I was being given by UKlookbestfares.com. Fortunately I had chased UKloobestfares so hard that they had to admit that they were unable to honour the fare within 24 hours of me making the payment. They therefore agreed to void my payment. I have recently received a refund and so now feel able to write this review.
I suspect that the fare never existed at all. I think it was a teaser to get me “hooked in”; the longer they delayed in telling me that they could not honour the fare the easier it would be to offer me more expensive fares with this or other airlines; or perhaps they wished to sell me baggage at inflated prices; or perhaps they were hoping that I would get fed up and I would cancel the booking in which case they would charge me £200 for a fare that they were never going to be able to honour.
Have now booked with BA, it was slightly more expensive than the fare that didn't exist but not by much and I didn't spend about 5 hours on the phone trying to understand t&cs, baggage allowances etc.
Avoid at all costs and avoid the aggravation.

Very bad experience for the initial 1…
Very bad experience for the initial 1 week. No clarity on ticket confirmation. Customer support associates were rude and started saying unreasonable things which even led me to think that it was a scam initially. A lot of room for being more professional. Although the tickets got sorted after a week when another associate dealt with it but were off different dates and airlines.
