Product was ordered for Xmas on the 12th December. Have never received it. Have sent countless emails and messages via social media with no response. Do not order from this company its a scam

I love my hair curled but I could never get it to stay curled, it is so straight and thin. The magic style has worked amazingly. My hair has stayed curled longer than ever before. Thank you for making such a great product that is affordable

I really like the magic styler it just has a couple downsides to it.
It's loud, really loud and for me as a mam of four little ones that's just not ideal.
Also I have quite thick long hair and I am yet to find a styler that actually works and stays in, it works beautifully so easy to use and once my hair is finished it looks the best it ever has! It just doesn't hold within 5 minutes it all falls out no matter what product I use to try keep it in.
So this is a great styler just not if you have heavy hair and not if you don't like noise.

The item arrived in working condition, but the box was heavily damaged due to insufficient packaging.

The item works. I'm happy with it's effectiveness.

Good communication via emails from the seller about delivery status ect. Delivered on date as described. Very satisfied with my purchase. Wife was pleased with her suprise magic styler.

Bought it as a present for my daughter's birthday. She is still learning how to use it so I can't actually say how good it is.

I ordered this in December and I haven’t still received it!!! When I contacted the customer service they told me they can’t even give me a refund because a package being lost in transit is not their responsibility???? Honestly this company is a such a big scam. I paid over £100 and they tried telling me they’ll offer be 10% store credit??? I just want my money back. Please don’t order from here

The item is low quality but also what's worse, they DO NOT LET YOU RETURN IT, despite what they state on their website. Avoid anything from this company!

WARNING!! They have more than one iteration of the company name in Trustpilot. Check in Google for the other Trustpilot reviews (they use both magicstyler.co and ukmagicstyler.co) and you'll see MANY MORE BAD reviews!

I am so happy with my air styler! It's easy to use and so effective. Makes my hair look amazing. I've recommended it to all of my friends!

My package stolen off my porch and was told they couldnt do a thing about it, and I was totally upset because I live on social security and then I got a e mail saying they replace it ... i was so happy... thank you again so much ...

Product certainly looks the part! It's a gift for my daughter she's still yet to use it.. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it arrived a day or two after expected arrival date, thankfully before my daughters bday.

The box had some damage to the top. Luckily the damage was over the accessories section so it didn't affect the main electrical components. It is a great product.

I am a hairdresser for 40 years and let me tell you, this is the BEST hairdryer I ever had! It cut my drying time in half and my clients love it. The first day I used it I think I have send at least 5 people to the website to buy one and by the end of my weekend, 15 people wanted to by this!! I feel blessed and I am so happy I found this!!! Thank you!

I really like this with the many tools that came with it… but I do wish that the curling rods were larger.
It dries my hair incredibly quickly; that’s AMAZING considering that if I left it to air dry it would still be wet the next day. Also, my hair does NOT like to retain curls and I despise styling products, but this beauty puts ‘em in AND THEY STAY!!! It’s like magic 🪄 that I plugged into the outlet… and I’m astonished every single time.
Thanks to y’all people stop me to tell me how pretty my hair is. I tell them it’s due to the Magicstyler that I have… and no wonder it’s named what it is! Touché on that!!! 🥰
I like trying different tools for different looks. My poor fiancé never knows what version of me he’s going to get, but he always says my hair looks fantastic. (Score points for BOTH of us!!!)

It’s a fun, versatile styler. I would give it 3.5 stars. I especially like the smoother brush. I love the functionality, but the curls don’t last very long in my hair. I did find that if I switch the temp to cooler after having it hot they last longer, it just takes more time to curl it because I have to do that on each curl and I have a lot of hair.

My daughter loves it thank you, she is just trying to get the hang of using it. Delivery not too long and full tracking updates from the start

I love this all in one styler! At first I couldn't figure it out but watched a video and I am getting better at it each time. I would highly recommend

THIS IS A RIP-OFF AND A SCAM Magic Styler refuse to send a refund or an address to send the unopened product that they deliver 2weeks after the agreed delivery date back to. Their replies are absolutely nonsense and are obviously sent from a list of ready made responses all trying to make the purchaser just give up. They go from ‘… due to our hygiene standards…’, ‘… It looks like there was indeed a manufacturing issue…?’, all utter rubbish.

They even repeat back to me their returns policy which is exactly the reason for my request for a refund and still refuse to give me one - “…While the 30 days return policy is for the customers who do not want the product anymore for some reason or unwanted parcel being delivered or upon receiving they find the product not to be what they perceived it to be can return products that are unused and in their original packaging….?” You couldn’t write how pathetic this company is.

They are deliberately misleading. Their Refunds policy says you can return it within 30days for a full refund. I have been trying since November 2024 to get a refund and each reply received has nothing to do with my refund request. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Over 15 emails sent now and still no “full refund” received. 🤬

Why should I have to loose money because of their mistakes? So still they continue to avoid giving me their refund their refund policy says they should.

Faulty item received and no refund. Never been able to use it. Brought as an Xmas present and refused a refund...! Don't go near them or this item
