Really great service and the magic styler is brilliant on my long think hair too. Love the bouncy curls I can create with it.

I’ve got the product and I’m happy about that, however I had a bad experience because I didn’t receive my purchase due to the courier never delivered (the parcel still lost) so after my complaint, Magic styler decided to send me another one as “gift” so it was a great solution about my bad experience. The product is good. I like it!

Great product! Does exactly what I saw online, decent quality and price. Delivery was almost 2 weeks, only con.

Purchased in August - received in September. Used for 6 months then a crack appeared where the heads are fixed. Contacted company as this kind of wear and tear shouldn't happen this quickly. They originally offered 25% off and have accused me of dropping it.
As the heads are only attached in one area it would stand to reason that constant resistance while in use (like wet or tangled hair) would put the connection under stress and ultimately cause the crack that appeared. After informing them that I had not dropped it they offered a complementary replacement.

I've very thick hair and shoulder length. I found the air dryer exceptionally good! The finish was fantastic and each of the different tools were brilliant. Washing my hair doesn't feel like a chore anymore!!

It's a decent product. Only complaint I can think of is it doesn't dry my hair as fast as my blow drying brush from L'ange. But the curling tool is awesome. That's the only thing I like about it.

My partner bought for our 13 yrs old , was faulty , and u won't get money back, did sent a replacement but red light flashes , faulty too, no customer service, keep u waiting so 30 day money back guarantee is obsolete,
I'm guessing some of the 5 star reviews here are fake 🤔

DO NOT ORDER!! It says 30 day return if you do not LOVE it yet if you use it you cannot return it. Tell me how do you know if you love it or even like it if you do not try it. They send a link for a video to show you how to use it. They say give it time yet they never tell you "but once you do try it you are stuck with it!!!" Also I did not like that it blows to hard, you can't really do the wand at all without your hair flying all over the place. Bummed I am stuck with it because I really don't see me ever really using it.

Speed of delivery

The magicstyler was admired so much that it found itself going back to college with my daughter…so I had no choice but to replace “mine”.

Terrible hair dryer none of the attachments work as described. There is no power in it to dry hair, customer service is terrible, and they do not accept returns.
Complete scam company, do not buy.

Product was ordered for Xmas on the 12th December. Have never received it. Have sent countless emails and messages via social media with no response. Do not order from this company its a scam
