Sent my documents to verify my account. Was given a time frame of 72 hours to review them. It’s been 3 weeks and only received emails with excuses as apparently they are overloaded with work??
Not good at all. Think twice before using this company

If you accept that you are really a mug punter and you further accept that you have not got any chance of making money through gambling then this is surely the site for you! They will treat you well, answer your questions pleasantly and give you good service and promotions.
However, if you are hoping to win even small amounts from them over a period of time then you'd be better off to go and have a bet with one of the betting exchanges. These guys at Mansionbet will look at even the smallest amount of winning streaks (which is all I managed!) as a direct insult to them and immediately either restrict your amounts or tell you to get lost altogether.
Edit: And just to update you....their friendly note underneath my review was not followed up by them after I let them know my details. But I suppose it looks good for anyone reading my comments, doesn't it?!

I make a lot of negative reviews on casino sites, I don't seek out to but I feel I should share my negative experience so others can be aware of any issues they may face if they were to open an account with the perticular company I'm reviewing.
MansionBet is the exception.

They have a very good range of options for sports betting. I mainly bet on football and MMA and this site is the only one that I have found that has the most betting options for MMA.
The withdrawal times are fast, often within 24 hours but if not, never more than 48 hours.
There are no fees that you need to pay when depositing or withdrawing which is fantastic as it seems more and more sites requite you to pay these fees yourself.

There are a few reasons why my rating isn't 5 stars.
They only have a mid-range amount of slots, if you are looking to play new releases from your favourite providers you likely won't find them here.
A dark mode would be welcome for the night owl gamblers out there.
And there seems to be an issue with the email contact system. I've tried multiple times to email them during their work hours and I get an email back with delivery status notification failure but if I email them out of their office hours it seems to be fine.
One other thing I could recommend is allowing users to limit their access to specific areas of the site if they wish.
I know many players who cash in a nice sports bet and instead of withdrawing it start away they might take it to roulette or blackjack and before they know it the balance is gone. It doesn't necessarily mean they have a gambling problem but an option to black sports/casino/slots/live casino individually would be welcome amongst some players I'm sure.

Normally these gripes would be enough to give a negative review but my experience with them has been smooth sailing and enjoyable and ultimately hassle-free which is what you want from a casino.
You're putting your money on the line, things can get frustrating, you don't want to having to do this and that.

Tried to close my account and make withdrawal of funds. I'm a problem gambler so sent a email no response. End up cancelling my withdrawal and losing my withdrawal. MansionBet does not care about problem gamblers or else they would make it that problem gamblers can close or self exclude automatically on their website.

Constantly asking for documents etc and reducing deposit limits if you dont.Constantly sending me emails saying "free spins" and "free bonus cash" but can never ever get it! All talk!!! Super slow withdrawals.

Deposited a relatively large sum and returned x6 that amount a week later.

Now advised it will take 4-5 days not to arrive into my bank but for the withdrawal to be authorised at there end, then no doubt another 3-5 working days.

Site is ok with decent enough markets but I can use Bet365 or Sky with next day withdrawals so why would I use this site again?

The moment you start winning, you'll be put on naughty list. Promotions will be taken away.

I signed up about couple of months back and gave them a try. The website wasn't anything remarkable. So, beyond doing the initial promotion I didn't find any motivation to continue given other websites run much better promotions for your bets. Then they send me an email with subject "No deposit? No problem. Here’s a Free Bet", offering a 5 free bet. I didn't even use it, for their website or offers aren't anything remarkable.

Around a week back I thought I'd give them a shot and try their bet-club since I bet a lot with other bookies. A 10 free bet for 5x10 bet looked like a good deal. As luck would have it, I won 5 out of 5. Today I get an email with message

"Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet."

Yeah right! They want you as long as you lose. If you get any lucky, you are out. Try Coral, Ladbrokes, or even Party Poker .. their customer service is fantastic, and if you win, as you sometimes do, you are not shown the door.

Edit: Why am I not surprised to receive a standard template copied and pasted as a response below? ".... Terms and Conditions, which provide players with as much clarity ... ". Clarity, really? Yeah, right. Isn't that the shorthand for "You must have violated one of the hundred rules we setup and constantly change". Which one? "Oh no! we can't tell you that".

And just 10 minutes ago I got an email from Mansion bet saying...

"Want to get a Free Bet in your account ahead of every epic week of sport? Join the MansionBet Club, and you’ve still got time to qualify."

These guys got no clue what they are doing.

The sign up offer borders on the outrageous. Up to £100 matched first deposit...ok that's good. 10X wagering on the bonus...ok understandable, tad high but still ok.

If you win any money with your real cash (no bonus involved) you can't withdraw it and keep your bonus...not ok

Furthermore you can't bet with just your bonus money, you have to. Bet away your real money first to then access the bonus funds...again really not ok

When you combine the 2 you realise they've created a trap. Shameful.

Companies that do this are moronic, the aim of a good sign up offer is to get people on your site betting and enjoying the experience you have created...if you take a steaming s**t on them whilst this is going on, guess what? They'll do what I did, take their money close their accounts and go somewhere else! My advice : 888 sport. Though there are many out there better than MansionBet and they've achieved it by not mugging their customers off.

I signed up to get their welcome bonus, bet £10 and get 2 £10 free bets, got the first one and then received an email to say they were cancelling the offer, I asked for a reason why and they responded with they have the right to cancel any offer without reason, and I also shouldn’t try to take part in any other offers they advertise as they won’t honour it! This is without a legitimate reason, just because they feel like it

Overall I would advise to not bet with them if you want the weekly bonus as it is hit and miss, well for me anyway. I haven't received my loyalty bonus yet again. I have 10 accounts and have now cut it down to only five that I will actually use because they pay your withdrawals properly and pay your weekly bonus on time. Paddy Power, Skybet, Ladbrokes, VBet and BetVictor. Just advice from and old boy.

Opened an account last month. Been bit skint so just did the promos.they restricted and Taken promos from me as I guess I havnt lost enough quickly enough for there liking. Some good free bets on offer but I guess these are for the biggest losers on the site to keep punters happy. Will not be playing with them if there quickly going to restrict me when I've only deposited once to test the software

False and misleading advertising. Offered to give bonus if a bet was placed on Euro game on England. It turns out that bet only works if odds are 2.0 or higher and guess where there currents odds are 1.4. Outright scam

This review is based on the app. Without a doubt the worst buggy lagging sports app I've ever seen. I've screenshot so many issues with this app to support but they don't even reply. I can see why people are rating this site bad.
