This new interface is really hard to understand and I am very unhappy with it. I will be cancelling my subscription

Rubbish app like most now, more about generating revenue that contributing to making a difference to people’s lives. Sad really. Many profiles don’t answer respond or are active. Which speaks volumes about people. The tech of the company could make a real difference if they wanted too, as a result would be a world leader and make money too.

Trying to contact match dating is a complete utter nightmare, I've tried 7 times to fully cancel my membership and get a refund, I get more response from my dog. I've just changed my mind.
They say you can get a refund within 14 day's, it's been 3 still waiting for any response

For a chatsite I find it easy to operate as many nice people on here

Fake profiles, spiking and much more looking just for sexting, nobody real or decent. Horrible matches all the way. Glad my membership ends in 2 weeks. Even AI profiles added.

Was a fully paid member from March to September 2025, in this paid membership I had a couple of genuine interactions...sadly not to be for the right reasons. A few near liaisons, and a few potential matches. Maybe a dozen or so in my paid period. As soon as.my membership lapsed, my alleged views and likes was up 400%..... to the point I re subscribed.....to find they'd ALL vanished...I bought a month's subscription over Christmas just to see who was out there.....noooo one...not a single interaction. As soon as my membership expired my views and likes are up the same 400%....my effing arse. MATCH Are robbing, money obsessed scammers...nothing more. Best of luck to anyone still paying up ...Not me, ever again..!

Literally the worst dating app ever it tricks you on telling you if you're straight or gay and then it doesn't let you edit it!
Also it's very hard to delete your account it might say delete in very small writing really it's the worst app I've ever been on

Terrible datting app , had more then 20 matches , mutual likes and the majority never replied to my messages .The ones I had that was only 3 the conversation was frost out from nowhere .Match control the users with fakes hopes to make us upgrade for new futures and boosters that are no cheap .I'm paying 20 pounds per month and is a waste of money .I cannot even cancel cause I need to stick with 6 months contract . Don't recommend this app to anyone , if you do your mental health will be played up .

I would be very careful of this company. Firstly if you have a problem you cannot get in touch. I am a single elderly guy finding it hard as we all are. Today i received an email from my credit card saying i was at my limit. I never use the card. On checking my account, these people have been taking at least 5 payments a month for some considerable time from my credit card. Something i.was not aware of. They had never sent a receipt or email or statement,or acknowlegment of payment. I am in that age group easy to fool and not good with phones or computers , the elderly. I now await their response if its honourable i will post a favourable reveiw. Please take take and watch your statements.

Say you can message free with mutual matches if we like each but that is a complete like, you have to buy a subscription

Appalling company to deal with. Virtually impossible to contact their customer service team. Also do very little to remove scammers and fake profiles, of which there are many.
Furthermore they devote most of their time to screwing as much money out of their hapless customers as possible.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE . They are terrible . All fake accounts. I paid for one week then cancelled and they kept taking 29.99 a week and would not reply to emails. Only way to stop money going out was to contact my bank . PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It’s a SCAM site

Although you can join for free, look at profiles and like them, as soon as you get a match or someone sends you a message, they want a minimum £40 for you to view or reply!!!
I was linked from another site, wish I hadn't. A waste of time and will delete. False hope for me and who ever the match was, and they have obviously paid!!!! Other apps are better.

Avoid this company, their customer service is absolutely shocking. I paid just for the month in October (£39.99) last year and cancelled my subscription for which I got confirmation. I never went back on the site. No money was taken the following month but then in December, they started taking £9.99 out of my account and again now in January. Until now, I'd not been on Match so where did the 6 month subscription come from?I've since contacted them, they've not read my message and just gave me instructions on how to cancel. So, now I'm having to go through my bank to stop any future transactions and to get the two payments reimbursed.

Their poor reviews on Trustpilot tells me enough.

This is one of the worst sites out there is a complete waste of time and money. I've lost count of the number of messages I sent and had no replies and the number of people I blocked because they were ugly. So would I recommend this site to anyone HELL NO!!!

There customer service is non existent and despite paying for the experience there is no validation so nearly all the interested parties do not exist. You get the same acknowledgement as interested party as a rejection so that's a real downer. I would rather not know

The site is easy to use WHEN it works. It constantly reports issues providing a secure connection, so you can't access your account. 19 trys on average to access the account. The site then boots you out mid-action, so you have to re-do the profile or message. The message lag is appalling, so your conversations make no sense.
The protection factor was good in relation to serial messages from persins you swiped left.
Your are expected to pay 6 months for a site you cannot access with ease or for days at a time. So bad App for users, with some positive profiles on.

Absolute ripoff can’t even send messages to matches without a paid subscription making it pointless having a free account that need to be investigated for fraud
