The installer Lewis, was friendly, efficient and completed the job to a high standard.
Cannot fault the service provided. Tommy advised me on the best options for me with regards to home EV charging. After completing a brief survey, Tommy arranged for their installer to visit. Andy did a great job explaining everything to me. He completed the work and left my property tidy, even hoovering up brick dust from my driveway!

Fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy. Everything was really well explained including the installing and use of the app.
First and last time of trying to use one of these chargers. I was in Bridlington and parked up in one of the electric bays, there for 25 mins trying to download their App and get it to work. Eventually accepted my card payment details, but still wouldn’t allow charging. Gave up in the end, and subsequently have deleted the App.
Great support & advice from the office team as well as the installers. Well done everyone concerned.
Hopeless! Tried charging in Lyme Regis Charmouth Road carpark- everything appeared to be working fine when I left the car, but returning later found the charge had failed. No idea why. Drove on to the carpark at Lower Sea Lane, Charmouth - two very new looking MER charging points. Couldn’t work out how to use as a guest and when I rang the helpline found that the charging points were incorrectly registered as being in Weymouth, not Charmouth. Gave up after long conversation with customer support, which didn’t result in a successful charge, probably because of them being registered at an entirely different location.
Your chargers are virtually impossible to use and I have tried in multiple locations. Tonight I’ve tried to charge in Warren Edge Car Park in Southbourne. Issues
1. Using app - neither charger number or typing in charger name not recognised. So can’t connect via app
2. Not accepting any form of card payment, therefore again impossible to use.
Both these issues have occurred multiple times at multiple chargers. Another very common problem is that they have an error and won’t charge. Your public charging network I’m afraid is not fit for purpose and all these issues need resolving urgently
Very poor public chargers. The app and contactless systems do not work in the UK. Tried 2 different sites.
Would give it zero stars if it was possible. Clearly a system devised by persons with very little brain.
From the minute I made contact to installation this has been smooth and pain free.
After a quick and simple online survey was submitted I received a date for install. Engineer turned up on time, fitted my unit and explained the functions and app.
I am coming up to a week now and have to say I love the unit and the simplicity of the app.

It took weeks and weeks of chasing to get the installation done at my home. To be fair the job was completed on the last working day before Christmas. When the installation was done I was away but my daughter gave the guys access so I can't comment on their work on the day. I can however comment on what I found when I returned the following day which was a mess, lots of clippings from electrical wire (one of which I removed from my dog's foot), off cuts of wire, and a failure to resecure the electrical cabinet which meant it had blown open in the night letting rain inside!
Speaking to friends, I wish I had chosen a different supplier, I have no idea if it is linked to the fitted device, but since the installation, we have been getting circuit board cutouts regularly. I cannot advise on follow-up customer services as no one has yet answered their phone!

Fantastic service. Doing the survey online was pretty handy and quick! Installation was a few days after and it was a tidy job. Love the look of the Easee One charger. Highly recommend!

Utter and complete rubbish!!!
Neither app nor web portal compatible with up-to-date iPhone SE2020. 30 mins wasted despite 2 calls to helpdesk. Don’t bother!!!

How as a company, do you make money?
It would be nice to have feed back from you and understand what is so difficult for you to keep your system running. I jumped through hoops to get an account with you, to fine you can’t supply a charge!!!!!

An absolutely useless company. Instead of just being able to pay for their chargers with a contactless debit card, they insist that you download the app, which... doesn't work. Despite trying many times I was unable to register, and the app reviews suggest that I'm not the only one who cannot get this piece of garbage to work. The web portal didn't work either. So I was unable to use their charger and I also witnessed a steady stream of other electric car owners being similarly frustrated. The app has clearly never been fit for purpose but the company did not respond to emails and show no signs of doing anything about it.
So after delivery of my new hybrid car I decided to give Mer a look at fitting a home charger, and must say I'm so glad I did , if I could give 10 stars I would!!!. From the 1st enquiry through to the install has been absolutely impeccable! First class!!! Nothing was a problem, the survey process so easy, the transition from survey to installation date sorted within hours ,Got booked in and my new Easee 1 charger was installed 5 days later!!!, everyone i've spoken to have been very very pleasant and professional. Absolutely fantastic company and highly recommended

Very happy with the service we have received. Small issue with our charger point was dealt with swiftly and a friendly installer was out the next day to rectify. Very responsive and helpful staff throughout the process so I would recommend to others!
