I've waited over three weeks for my parcel. I got it delivered yesterday and someone has stolen all the products out of it. Does anyone know how I can contact Morphe? I've tried their number and its engaged and I tried emailing them yesterday and they've declined my email. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Highly disappointing with the customer service! I’ve ordered 4 items from Morphe website on 3rd of May with a delivery 2-4 working days however they did inform me via email that it could take up to 10 working days due to COVID-19. Today is the 10th working day and my parcel still have not been dispatched therefore I emailed Morphe and they replied saying it can take up to 20 working days for the parcel to be dispatched!! If your company can’t dispatch items within 10 working days why say so on your website???? Ridiculous. P.s I’ve ordered things of Amazon and Feelunique on the same date and all of their parcels have been dispatched within ONE week and have already arrived. Won’t be purchasing anything from Morphe in the future. Very disappointed with their misleading information on the website.
Items perfect but delivery slow and lack of communication
Placed an order on 28th April, received an email 2 days later saying it would take up to 20 days for processing time. Received an email on 11th May to say my items were dispatched. Received one parcel on the 14th May and the other today (15th May). All items were perfect, but the box my palettes were in were not taped up so items could easily have been lost or damaged. But they were well bubble wrapped to prevent this. No email communication as one parcel wasn't scanned by Hermes until yesterday but I put that down to Hermes being overwhelmed. Happy with my order, but not sure I would order from again during peak delivery times.

Worst customer service, I emailed mutiple times about hermes telling me to contact the seller as the item was missing. Morphe decided to ignore all my emails instead of taking accountability. Wont be buying again off this site.

Probably the worst online retailer i have ever used. They send far too many emails every single day and lure you in with their promos only to wait weeks for them to arrive. I know these are difficult times and those working and delivering put themselves at risk but Morphe clearly do not care about their staff when they continue to push for sales. We ordered a little palette for my daughter, bang it in an envelope and post, not hard is it?

Placed an order which said 2-5 days soon as I paid it changed to 20 additional days?!? Why not say that before I paid? Lures you in with sales then no communication at all from them. Order number doesn’t track at all.

Ordered a couple of days ago, received email immediately stating 2-4 day delivery. Just received an update stating it could take 20 days before they dispatch and then a further 5 days to deliver so basically a month!
They knew this was the case then they took my money, why not be upfront when ordering instead of the sly tactics afterwards. I am all up for a delay given the current situation but a month, come on. I've had other orders in a couple of days. I'm not expecting that, 2 weeks is fair enough.
This is my first and last Morphe order unless their brushes impress me immensely. I could have ordered elsewhere but now I have to wait for a refund if I want to do that. Bad way to run a business!
Absolutely amazing!
I understand that there are delays but morphe has been there to support all the way. There was an issue with the courier service so I gave morphe a call and spoke to a very lovely lady that sorted it and refunded me and replaced the items in stock. I've been buying morphe stuff for a few years now and the quality is always amazing and customer service I have received is probably by far the best. Will definitely be using these for many years to come.

Both of my makeup palettes have come, so so happy! They said 20 days to ship the order due to coronavirus, but it came on 18th day. I’m also from the U.K. The reviews made me scared at first, so I consider myself lucky. Shipping could be improved.
