Ordered a package on morphe 1 week ago…

Ordered a package on morphe 1 week ago emailed them 3 times still haven’t got anything back and I payed extra for the delivery in 1-2 days! I get that there busy but would be nice to at least get a reply and tell me when my package is going to arrive.

I wish I could give zero star only...

Morphe apprently likes cutting corners. We saw what happened with the Jacklyn Hill palette, but I thought I'll give it a go anyway. The customer service team is so unprofessional, I don't think they are trained properly, they just don't care. They reply with lame answers, telling you what you already know, but there is no real help.... I think they do that to just cover their back, just to say we already replied to you.... I ordered online and my parcel is missing, they tell me to wait 48h because it might show up (even though the tracking shows it's been delivered...) and then the ticket will close after 48h, but they don't tell me what to do if the parcel doesn't show up in 48h. They are now ignoring my email.....

Morphe brushes Uk online store

I never brought anything from Morphe’s online store but when I did the first time I did experience problems with delivery etc but despite this the company was very quick to resolve this which they did refund very quickly and send replacement for the the faulty brushes when I informed them which I was super pleased. For Morphe’s quick and excellent service I will definitely be returning to their online to buy more.

Customers ignored!

I purchased a christmas present from the Birmingham Bullring Morphe store. Upon attempting to pay via contactless, the machine appeared to have froze and needed restarting. The assistant was very helpful and said it didn't appear to have gone through on their system, so to do it again and if I get double-charged, to email the uk help email. When I checked, I had been double charged. I photocopied the receipt and copied my bank statement showing the double charge and emailed it over to morphe. No response. It was christmas however, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After some days, I thought I would drop another email. Still no response. I reached out to the twitter account who gave me another email to try. I tried this and once again received no response. I emailed again to both emails and finally got an automated response saying they were looking into it. Days later, still nothing so I email again and tweet them again. I get an email saying that they did not have access to in store purchases, only online and I needed to go back to the store. The store is 16 miles away from me, and to get there, would take more money than the double charge! I replied with this and that the girl in the store told me to email, to which I once again received no reply. Frustrated, I decided to go back to the store, who were super helpful and quick to refund me.
However, this journey cost me £5 petrol plus £5 on the tram. The item I was double charged for was only £7.
I'm not sure why this company think it is acceptable to not issue a refund when requested and provided with evidence, or in fact, to ignore your customer. I have purchased a number of morphe products in the past, and although I find them good quality, I am reluctant to shop there (online or in-store) again due to the complete lack of interest in customer concern.
Again, the assistants in the actual store were fantastic. If only they worked on the customer service emails.
P.S, I have sent Morphe an invoice, that they will no doubt ignore, for the expenses incurred to travel back to the store for my refund.

Wish I could give zero

Wish I could give zero! I ordered 4 pallets in November, after 2 weeks 2 pallets arrived but no mention of the other two. I emailed and days later I received a standard response saying likely to have been delayed in the post. I emailed a number of other times begging for a response on whether I would receive these before Christmas but instead of a response I received a refund after 5 on CHRISTMAS EVE!! I had warned the recipients that their gift was delayed and now I have got to buy new gifts! They won’t be from Morphe, that’s for sure!!!

1 star as I couldn't give zero

1 star as I couldn't give zero. Ordered 2 pallets which were paid for 3rd December. Despite lots of emails not one was responded to. Yesterday I got a text and email saying lost in transit and a refund would be in my account 2-5 days. This means no Christmas present, no apology or offer to make amends and they've had my cash for 30 days. Fraudsters stay away from them.

My Daughter ordered 7 small items for…

My Daughter ordered 7 small items for her friends for Christmas on 6th December 2019 , when they eventually arrived the unsuitable Jiffy bag they had been packed in had burst so only 5 items made it .
I rang customer service took the pictures they asked for and they promised to get replacements out before Christmas.
Now 29th December nothing has arrived .
Avoid this shoddy company at all cost .

never received my order

I ordered an item from Morphe UK on 10th December 2019. A week had gone by and I hadn’t received any notice of the item being dispatched. I emailed customer services with no response. After a few more days I emailed again, still no response. 17 days after the order was placed I received a generic email that stated that Morphe had refunded me...with no explanation as to why.
I had not at any point requested a refund as the item was a gift so I wanted the product!
I am disgusted that I still have not had any correspondence from morphe other than generic emails, it is common courtesy to explain. Had I have known that I would never be receiving the product I would have ordered something else from a reliable company so I could have had the gift on time!

Ordered on 9th December,money taken…

Ordered on 9th December,money taken from account yet nothing absolutely NOTHING recieved. I emailed and got a reply saying it's got lost in transit...brilliant!?no resolution,no refund, still nothing recieved. Morphe please return my money AWFUL AWFUL Customer service. If I could out zero stars that would of being better suited.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews on here and on Facebook about people not receiving their orders and/or items were missing but it was too late as I had already placed the order. I placed my order on friday (20th decmeber) paid £5.99 for 1-2 day delivery. Got the shipping email 23rd December and today 24th december my items arrived. Everything I ordered was in the box and not one thing damaged. Items are excellent and I would most definitely order from the website again

Worst company ever

I ordered a eye shadow pallette for my daughter as a Christmas present on the 17/12/19 they said it would be shipped and delivered in 1-2 days on my confirmation email, nothing arrived by the Saturday so emailed them to get a ridiculous response saying they'd be in touch within 48hrs ending with hang in there babe! Really I'm 35 not 15! So I rang there customer service in which I was put through to a girl who sounded like a stroppy teenager who was about as much use and as helpful as a chocolate teapot I was told that it's shipping that's 1-2 days not delivery (you might want to put that in your email then) so was left hanging and not knowing if my order would be here or not then yesterday evening I received a txt saying that my money had been refunded well there's nothing been put back in the bank yet! No explanation or apology just a txt which came across like I should be bloody grateful morphe is shocking I will never order through them again there customer service is dreadful so if you actually want your orders to arrive then don't order through these clowns.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service ! Ordered items well in time for Christmas still not received I paid for delivery to which says 1-2 days ! Received email this morning saying might not get it in time for Christmas! I’m going to have one unhappy daughter as it was one of the things she wanted the most !!!! The shop in the bullring however is fantastic just wish I’d read all the reviews about ordering online ... Morphe sort it out !!!

I went into a store in nottingham and…

I went into a store in nottingham and purchased the jeffree star highlighter, however, when i arrived home miles away it was broken. i contacted morphe and even though it did take 3 weeks i finally got a response and as they do not have the highlighter on the UK page i just chose things to match the price point and got them for the value. i paid nothing! Could respond faster but other than that it was good service.

I placed an order on the 2nd December and still waiting for the parcel. I sent an email and tried to call but no response.
I've just managed to get through and they've told me I'll get a response today 'it's just really busy' brilliant Customer Service!!!!!

No item no communication

Ordered item no delivery after 10 days
Emailed with no reply
Called them to be told I would get a call back as they couldn’t help me over the phone and within mins recieved an email to say item was out of stock and refund within 5 days
Called to ask to purchase a different item with the same 10 % off and was refused this discount or any further help
Couldn’t speak with a manager as they were too busy I was asked to call back
Complete inconvenience with no help or goodwill gesture

Ordered on 28th November two items

Ordered on 28th November two items. Only received one a week later, with no updates or apologies. Emailed a complaint to which i have never been answered. I phoned customer service on the 12th Dec, after waiting 2 weeks. A nice girl offered to send me my item on a 1 to 2 day service. I still havent got it and it's the 19th dec now. 3 weeks is a disgrace. I spoke to customer service today. They took my email and will get back to me. I needed this as a gift for a birthday, not Christmas. Don't order from them. I could have got this from Beauty bay or Boots and would have got it by now. Outrageous service.

Haven't received order placed on the 28th November

Same as everyone else, placed an order on the 28 November and I still haven't received it. Have emailed 4 times already, no response (been around 13 days since I first emailed). Tried calling, was on hold for 50 minutes before I hung up. The tracking says it was delivered, but I haven't received it. Order number EU295949 if anyone from Morphe is interested. I'm going to try get my money back through the bank, since Morphe doesn't seem to be answering anyones emails or calls.

ORDER NUMBER UK801570

Placed an order 25th November, 18th December and I'm still waiting for it to arrive !!!!
Call them on 9th December after no response to emails, only to be told that my order have never been processed.
I was told I would defiantly receive my order that week.
Still not here and Morphe no longer answeing calls.
NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! will I buy anything from this company again.

NO DELIVERY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I am so upset with Morphe. I ordered from their website around the end of November plenty of time before xmas. Still no delivery or email to confirm whether or not it's been despatched. Their customer service number rings out... I spent 55 minutes for someone to answer then hung up! I've emailed 2 different email addresses and although being told it takes 48 hours for a response... 5 days later.... no response!

I love Morphe products and never have issues with them but this experience is horrendous. For a company this size constantly pushing promotions, should be able to deal with the demand whether or not it is seasonal.

So upsetting. I should have ordered from another outlet such a boots!! Their customer service is on point!!!
