ordered beginning of december...website said in stock.....and guess what,having exactly the same experience as everyone below......i intend to tell everyone i meet never to buy from them.i hope when words spreads enough they will go bankrupt!!!!......had to give 1 star to write the review which is wrong..you should be able to give no stars

First order placed a week ago no despatch email can’t get hold of morphe via phone they are not replying to emails. By far the worst experience ever! It’s a Christmas present that by the looks of it isn’t going to get here considering they haven’t even despatched.
What an absolutely disgrace for a large company.

Awful Morphe Brushes

Have to give one star to write a review!! I can see from the many below we are all in the same boat!! Ordered on the 29th November 2019 brush set for my girls Christmas. I contacted them on the 10th December as nothing recieved. They told me to wait till the end of the week and call back which I did. I have called many time and emailed no response and today I was cut off and then could not access the number!. This is just awful with it being so close to Christmas. I have contacted trading standards and hopefully will try and get my money. Please read the reviews before purchasing from this company otherwise you will probably end up in the same boat as the rest of us. How can they do this to people at this time of year. Even if we had some form of correspondance from them we would have been maybe more understanding but they are keeping everyone in the dark!! Awful just awful.

Placed an order on 30th November and i still haven't received it nor have i received a despatch email. I have tried to make contact via email and social media on several occasions but all have been ignored. I phoned customer services twice and after a long wait for my call to be answered i spoke to a girl called Meg on both occasions, she told me she had no access to order details and that i would receive a phone call back later in the day to update me, again this didn't happen. I have now reported the company to trading standards and opened a case with Paypal to be refunded. Having read a lot of other reviews it appears a huge amount of people are having exactly the same issues. Avoid this company at all costs.

ITS THE 16TH TODAY AND STILL NO TRACKING NHMBER OR ANY UPDATES ABOUT MY PARCEL

NO REPLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a pallet on Monday got an email straight away And received it really quickly, but then I ordered a pallet as a gift for someone the following day I got a quick confirmation, and it’s been paid for but I have waited 6 days and still no shipping email, I’ve tried emailing, tweeting, Instagram Dming and calling but have had no replies and was on the phone on hold for over 10 mins with no reply! Awful experience, doubt the present will come in time for Christmas !!!

Won't buy from this site again

Won't buy from this site again. Took over two weeks without any correspondence then more time to arrive and when it did the courier left it in the doorstep in the pouring rain! Also first package had things missing and it took another 5 days for the remainder to arrive - again left on doorstep! Zero customer service - no answer to emails etc.

I placed a substantial order on 3rd…

I placed a substantial order on 3rd December and told 2-4 days for deliver. Received an email saying it might take a bit longer during busy periods. On Thursday 12th December I received an email saying my order was going to be despatched. Only 1 part of my order was despatched. 1 lip pencil worth £3.37 out of a total order worth £98.
No communication from Morphe UK to say when remaining products will arrive nor any offer of a refund despite my emails to them asking for updates and a refund.
I will contact my bank and trading standards to report them.
Worst service I have ever had from an online company.

Ive ordered from Morphe before which is…

Ive ordered from Morphe before which is really surprising on how they are behaving now. A week friday I order two mystery boxes. Im told in an email i will get dispatch within two working days. Tuesday comes and no email about my items dispatched. Im thinking as Morphe uses Hermes and Hermes are currently in the news for not delivering parcels perhaps they will make an announcement. They dont. I ring up a week after making the order and the lady says it takes 5 working days to process. To process what? Two boxes? Im going to wait this week to see if by tuesday it gets dispatched. Otherwise will raise a dispute with my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM MORPHE ONLINE

Same as everyone else in here, quick to take your money, instant confirmation but no communication in 2 weeks. I tried to email them and they say they’ll get back to you in 48hours. 4 days later and still nothing.
I tried to call them in the telephone number in their website but it was just ringing for 55mins and I give up. They have it plastered everywhere that you can’t cancel an order so what are you meant to do when you spend a small fortune???

If you really must have this makeup, but it from boots. You’ll get a FAST reliable service from a British Trusted household name, you’ll also get it cheaper and gets loyalty points.

Better still, there are millions of other brands which offer similar products but people are attracted to the dolled up queens being paraded everywhere. My daughter will be told to stay clear

Bad service

I ordered a palette for a gift for the first time. I had a similar experience to the other reviews I have read. The only email I had was a confirmation saying I would receive my order in 2-4 days and that I would get email updates on it's progress. Well that didn't happen. I called and asked what was going on, I got told they would email the warehouse and then email me. I said I just wanted to cancel it and get a refund as it clearly wasn't going to come anytime soon and I wouldn't get these emails I was promised. They said I couldn't get a refund as it might be on it's way but they weren't sure. I contacted my bank who were great and gave me my money back immediately and told me to tell them I have a right to cancel and to tell them the bank would issue them a chargeback. I called them and told them this and they refunded me straight away so it was possible after all, they just needed a nudge from the bank. If you have any problems I would suggest contacting the bank, they are very helpful.

Morphe - Trading Standards

Hi, if you are experiencing issues with Morphe, please contact Trading Standards. They will make the company compliant because they are committing fraud/extorting money and not providing the products people have paid for. I have reported the issue myself as they have taken money off of me and have not delivered on the products that they have promised. It has been a few weeks now since my purchase and they have not updated me as to why i have not received my items. They have ignored all the contact I have made. I have emailed on numerous occasions, telephoned and contacted them via social media... to no avail. If you are experiencing similar issues please contact Trading Standards. We need more people to report this so that they can take action quicker.

UK BUYERS BUY FROM BOOTS STORES NOT ONLINE

Absolutely disgusted by the shipping service of Morphe. Ordered my items on Black Friday, I received a confirmation e-mail but no dispatch e-mail after 5 days. I then decided to ring them up which i did and the lady i spoke to had said it had been lost for whatever reason. She then said that she will ship the items out again for me. I had some hope, i got a dispatch e-mail and everything. We fast forward another week and still no parcel. I have been given a tracking number from Hermes and they say it's at their local depot. I was meant to receive my parcel on Sunday but it never showed. It then said on Monday that we will try to get it delivered in the next 48 hours which meant it should have been with me yesterday but still no bloody parcel. I'm so fuming as this is a Christmas present and i spent a lot of money on the products. If you want to buy from the UK go to your Boots store as it will be much easier. Order number UK767036.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it should. Ome within a week. I called Thursday and they said to give it another 2-4 days as black Friday so its busy. I called on Monday and after I was on hold like 15 min, then I've been advised that somewhere in the warehouse its been lost and I can have a refund or raplacement. Its after black Friday already so I can't buy it anywhere with lover price anymore so I requested a replacement. They said it will be DISPATCHED within 3-5 days cause its busy and after dispatch is 2-3 days for delivery as priority. SERIOUSLY? so I will bait another week and a half for PRIORITY Replacement?! I then asked for any recompensation for inconvenience and I've been offered 15% discount... Wow... Not gonna buy anything with them anymore. Not gonna mentioned that you need to call them as no one reply for emails... Rubbish company.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Ordered a set of brushes for my girlfriends birthday. Was told initially they had been lost in the post after around 8 days of waiting. Asked for it to be re-shipped. 12 days later and nothing had come. Got an email telling me I'd been refunded my full amount without even requesting a refund in an email. Called up to be told that my item was now out of stock and no one had told me. Birthday went and came, luckily got replacements elsewhere. Terrible customer service after being told I would receive a replacement item. Also just so everyone is aware, their order processing time is 3-5 business days, not shipping time, PROCESSING TIME. I've never heard of something so ridiculous. Up to one whole business week to process an order is beyond a joke. Anyway, will never be ordering from here again and this was my first order. I urge anyone else to never order from these people either. Disgusting service, left in the dark and a waste of 3 weeks of my time

Disgusting service had me going around…

Disgusting service had me going around in circles over a £20 set of make up brushes that molted more than a cat...nothing worse than bristles in your eyes or picking them off your face ...really wasn't worth the stress still not settled .would of been less stress if id put them in the bin ...get wat u pay for with these

Good customer care.

So I made two orders one eyeshadow palette and one make up brush set. I picked the free shipping which comes in 3-5 working days. The items came in 2 days so I was very pleased about that. But when I opened the eyeshadow palette one of she colours was smashed really badly. I sent an email and Niamh replied very quickly. Once I showed them pictures of the damaged product and the invoice they reordered me one straight away and it arrived in less than 24 hours. I’m very very happy with the products and service.

I made an order for my daughters…

I made an order for my daughters birthday, paid £40.00 for the product. 2 weeks later I complained that the item had not arrived. I was then told, without apology, that the order had been lost and the money had been returned into my account with PayPal. Additionally the product was out of stock. Shocking service and a warning to other non suspecting customers. Peter Morgan
