Absolute joke. I placed an order 2 days ago and paid £6 for next day delivery. I’m absolutely outraged. So not only did u pay for next day delivery and received it 3 days late but I also paid for gift wrapping which was an extra £5! Opened my parcel to no gift wrapping and the box extremely damaged.

Hello, I ordered a necklace and earrings from you and paid an extra £5 for the premium gift box. However, the package arrived in a very dirty and stained condition. Both the outer shipping box and the inner gift box look old and soiled, as if they aren't new items.
Furthermore, the delivery driver just left the package outside without calling or knocking on my door, and it got rained on. I am supposed to give this as a gift to my sister this Friday. I am very disappointed with the condition of the box, especially since I paid extra for it.

I ordered my charm Tuesday and it arrived the next day! Nicely packaged. Am delighted with my gorgeous new charm!

I received a gift card for my birthday last year and unfortunately missed the expiry date by just two months. I was under the impression that Pandora gift cards would have a similar validity period to those offered by many other retailers which is 24 months.

When I attempted to make a purchase in-store, I was informed that the card had expired. The store staff provided me with customer service contact details and assured me they would be able to help.

However, after contacting customer service, I was told that they were unable to extend the gift card or issue a replacement voucher, despite having proof of purchase and confirmation that the gift card had never been used.

I find it hard to believe that a company as large as Pandora has no flexibility to extend a gift card that expired only two months ago, or to offer a replacement voucher as a gesture of goodwill. This would have been a simple way to maintain customer loyalty and demonstrate good customer service.

The entire experience has been very disappointing, and it has left me reconsidering future purchases from Pandora.

Everything piece of jewellery that I have purchased,is always excellent and exactly as advertised, if I need help in store they don't always pressure you into having to purchase, very friendly staff.
