Not as powerful as the corded Hozelock water butt pump I had (which has ceased operating) but a lot handier to use as it's battery powered and compatible with my other 18V Ryobi tools. Also, given its height, a lot easier to insert into the water butt and connect a hose. Works well with my Karcher pressure washer. All in all, pleased with the item and the delivery.

I received the stick in late January and for the first few weeks it has been really good. However for some reason it has now stopped completely. The response from the customer service team has been slow and not helpful. I am still awaiting answers for my requests to return the goods. A pity because when working it was really useful and easy to use. I have purchased 3 products from Ryobi the first is excellent, the second is definitely so so and now this unreliable machine. It will take some persuading for me to buy another Ryobi product.

I bought this mainly to use with our outdoor pond to control levels and maintenance. Firstly the item has such a high quality and sturdy feel to it. Only used it once so far, but I was so impressed how easy it is to use and the rate of throughput. Definitely recommend this item.
