You do not reply to customer complaints. I bought something from you that does not work and you do not answer numerous emails. And you do not telephone back after saying you will. £149.99 is what I paid you. Terrible customer service Tried contacting you on the contact you gave me below many times but you never get back to me. Absolute scam. Why will you not answer my emails or get back to me by phone after telling me you will? You sold me a hedge cutter for £149.99 when it arrived 4 weeks ago I emailed you but you never replied not once to many many emails I sent I have rang you 4 times and each time you say it’s been escalated and someone will ring me back and they never do. I feel like I have been scammed by ryobi BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
