Did the job of our oversized hedge with no problems but was a bit awkward in close quarters as the shortest extension pole is 3ft
Only used a couple of times, but seems to work very well.
A good garden hedge trimmer Good value for money
Can't fault the tools but the hedge trimmer is another story which goes on and on and on. After several e-mails finally got a response after my first Trustpilot review. E-mailed response to Ryobi regarding packaging and collection details and surprise surprise, have had no response from them. The other tools I have from Ryobi are great but when it comes to customer after sales service, They are CRAP. £120 thrown over the hedge 🤬

Very useful, absolutely great. I already bought a trimmer so that’s the reason I looked at the hedge trimmer and that’s as good as the trimmer thank you
I am saying poor value for money as I have to buy a battery and charger as the battery for this tool is different to the one I have!!

Expensive but good quality. Performance not as good as expected. Bought as already had batteries and charger.
Another great product I’ve added to my garden tools. Really easy to use, extend, and position the blades for high and hard to reach places. Well built and built to last.
Excellent quick customer service recommend this product. Thank you.
A long wait for the product. Used for 30 mins hedge trimming and then it broke. No guts compared to petrol!

A well made piece of gardening equipment that cuts thick stem hedges well.
The reason for low score is I have not been able to use it , on the page for the hedge trimmer at the bottom it recommends batteries , it said nothing to remind me to order a charger ? So I have had to order a charger which I am waiting for

First time of use on my large hedges. Very sturdy and cuts well. I have to say I'm extremely happy for the price range.
Because of the bad weather I haven't been able to use it yet .

This telescopic pole hedge trimmer is good value for money. However, when it is extended to the full length, it feels quite heavy when you’re working with it continuously for about 30 mins and it is therefore difficult control.
Light to use good cut
Cuts out easily and needs to be reset but once you figure it out, works fine
Works really well, no jamming👍
Great powerful dose the job but very heavy. The strap helps a bit but it takes time to get used to it. Hard to control wheat full reach. But I am a small women of only 5 feet tall
