Not fit for purpose. When weight is applied to the pouch, the tape carrying the pouch across the body fails to grip, resulting in it slipping out of the fastening clip and the pouch falls to the ground. Will be retuning for a refund.

Excellent product and well designed
The harness is highly recommended for use with either of the extendable pole tools chain saw or hedge trimmer.
Easy to order good piece of kit at value for money price
It is a bit flimsy but probably ok for occasional use

I tried it with the Ryobi long pole hedge trimmer. Perhaps I didn't use it right. But the shoe fell off and I gave up. I found the strap was more effective. Perhaps it could do with some instructions.

Reasonable quality, I found that the straps kept coming loose from the clips, but after a bit of playing around with it problem solved.

This item is simply not fit for purpose. The padding is okay but, the straps are so thin that they keep slipping and loosening in all the buckles. The buckle next to the rest keeps falling off. It needs to be glued or sewn-in. Perhaps the worst feature is the plastic rest for the lower end of the pole saw. It simply is the wrong shape and not designed to hold the battery end of the pole hedge trimmer or pole pruner, which just slips straight out. It does not work. One has to wonder if the Designer of this harness ever tried using it. After multiple attempts I discarded the harness and had to make do with the shoulder strap which makes the pole hedges trimmer in particular, very unwieldy

great idea but a little awkward to adjust and fit

The sales process and the quality of the tools is always superb, delivered to timescales quoted.
Great item very straightforward and helpful.
No instructions on how to fit the harness. Lower tool support does not fit the shoe of the battery adequately to hold the tool safely.
