My last items I have bought, have been bought as gifts for my family. They all seem to be happy with them,

Did not find the actual holder for the tool ( pole hedge-cutter ) big enough to rest in comfortably, so when endeavouring to manoeuvre the hedge-cutter during cutting operation it continued to fall out the holder. Not the best for such an operation.

It fits me. Unfortunately the ( pocket) that's supposed to hold the trimmer ( battery end) is unstable. Impossible to keep trimmer in it. Keeps slipping out. Badly designed. Dorry

Several reviewers have mentioned the same problem. The long pole trimmer doesn't sit in the stirrup/brace/ support. It keeps falling out, even if you pull the tool back hard into it. it slips out at the slightest movement. I've got around it by using some wide hook & Loop (Velcro) tape in the support and on the battery pack. at least it doesn't fall out now. It doesn't look very nice, but at least I can now use the harness. The rest of the harness is great, it does the job well and spreads the load across your shoulder and back. Redesign that shoe and you'll have a first rate harness to go with a tool that does exactly what you say it does.
