The harness was a little tricky to operate My pole hedge cutter kept slipping out of the pocket designed for it. A bit of a negative for me given all the other Ryobi products I have which I generally consider first class

We haven't had the opportunity to use this item, or the trimmer, yet, because of illness. When we have used it, we will let you know. I certainly looks well designed and sturdy. Thank you
Good product well made but the area for resting the tool could be a little larger as the tool has a habit of sliding out when working

Maybe it’s me but I can’t get the hedge pole trimmer to set properly in the saddle/cup/tray thingy so it’s constantly falling out. I gave up in the end and did the cutting without it,

Fitting poor as straps kept coming undone. Strimmer kept coming out of harness sheath so not really fit for purpose.
