I recently added a reciprocating saw to my growing collection of tools. As usual it works well but I added a set of blades as in comes with only one. The tools I have so far are great for my amateur abilities and are generally easy to use, with the only slight exception being the tall hedge trimmer. It works really well but can feel a bit heavy and unwieldy with the extension fitted. The star of the collection has been the 30cm hand held chain saw which is transforming hedges and wilder parts of the garden. The reviews and videos are always a great help in the decision making process making purchases less of a guessing game.

I have menny Ryobitools all of which have been good quality and do the job I bought them for

The cordless brushless trim router that was sent to me was faulty. The collets that were in the box were supposed to be used with 1/4 inch router bit's the collets would not fit onto the shafts of the bit's including the bit that was in the box.
I am awaiting a replacement hopefully this one will be okay. I must say this unusual for ryobi.

Purchased Ryobi mower with the added bonus of a free strimmer. They were delivered quickly and performed perfectly. The 2 products were easy to setup and are lightweight, so great for someone with arthritis. Fantastic products. A++

Arrived promptly. Works like it should. Battery holds enough charge to mow 2 x 4² gardens with a strimmer touch up.
I am happy with my purchase.

Delivered on time at a great price. Great product. Only issue is weight when fully extended but to be expected for a product that extends so far .

Another seller on Amazon. Total cost £140. haven’t used the product as I chose to return it after finding the same three items could be bought for £99 direct from Ryobi. I arranged via Amazon to return this bare tool and the charger pack to the two different sellers. No problem with the battery pack. That has been returned. But I am having trouble returning this tool. I am
elderly with a disabled husband and it is difficult to get out to return this. I carried it with difficulty to the Evri drop off as instructed. It was refused as Evri drop offs only take items up to one metre long. I contacted the company who replied very quickly advising me to search for a post office which also took Evri parcels. Again. Long walk with long box only to be told they couldn’t take it either and could only take it if it had a Royal Mail label on it. Again I contacted the company explaining my problem with Evri/post office and asked for a Royal Mail label or if Evri could collect it which they regularly do for Amazon returns. Again they replied very quickly but only to
tell me to find another post office that would take it. I know have the problem
Of finding a post office that will take it which isn’t easy for me. I buy almost everything from
Amazon because of the easy return policy and also because the item prices are almost always very competitive. Which has not been the case this time. I do realise that it was my
Choice to buy this but the Ryobi offer wasn’t available when I ordered this. I need to save money where I can so decided to return these items and buy from Ryobi with a saving of £40 thinking there would be no problem with returns. This company was very efficient in sending this item and in answering my queries but have actually been no help in solving my problem

Good service, goods arrived on time. I've unpacked them and all perfect. Now I've tried the mower and strimmer, they do what they say. Excellent.

All tools are to a very high standard. The simplicity of not having mains leads to cope with saves time. 'One battery fits all' completes the efficiency.

IF THE LAWN MOWER ENCOUNTERS A TUFT OF GRASS, IT DRASTICALLY DRAINS THE BATTERY (WHICH DOESN'T LAST LONG). THE ONLY WAY THIS WORKS WELL IS IF YOU USE A DECENT LAWN MOWER TO CUT THE GRASS FIRST, THEN USE THIS...BUT WHY WOULD YOU? IT FEELS MORE LIKE A KIDS TOY, FLIMSY, PLASTIC AND READY TO BREAK AT ANY MOMENT. SERIOUSLY REGRET THIS PURCHASE. I WAS DUPED BY THE ADVERT AND THE PAID PROMOTERS ON THEIR VIDEO REVIEWS. ALL I WANTED IS WHAT WAS BEING SOLD ON THE TV, YOU WON'T GET THAT. THE REALITY IS A CHEAP, TACKY PIECE OF TRASH. CAN'T EVEN GIVE IT AWAY, SO PUT IN THE BIN AND BOUGHT A PROPPER PIECE OF KIT. DON'T BE DUPED LIKE ME, STAY AWAY!

The patio cleaner was working well then after lunch the patio cleaner stopped working then started for 2-3 secons then stopped. The aftercare from Royobi was first class.

From first contact to Ryobi I found them polite,,knowledgeable and a credit to their company
A rear thing in today’s marketplace I was very impressed a slight delay in delivery but it was not enough for a complaint
