EXCELLENT DELIVERY.MOWER DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON CAN!!! IWOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I bought a lawn mower which i returned as it was awful didnt pick anything up and wasnt any power to it, i got a full refund and then bought the brushless lawn mower and this was power and did the job it needed, but had a technical fault where on the lowest setting it would catch the wheel making it hard to cut as it would rub, i reported it and got it collected waiting on a replacement, but hopefully it will come within the next few days. I gave it a three star as the amount i paid and number off times i had to email to get it sorted. It shouldnt happen with the price u pay for ryobi. But so far the brushless lawn mower does the job, i do use a 12ah battery to get all the job done in a oner!

All Ryobi tools does what it says on the tin, so to speak.

I ordered a drill from you and for some reason the first line of the address did not get added, I accept I may have missed this but surely your system should detect this and not accept the order until corrected. The order was subsequently dispatched and placed in the hands of DPD, the driver tried to deliver the parcel without a house number and failed, he photographed a neighbour’s house, I contacted both Ryobi and DPD to get the address corrected and was assured that address had been corrected and the drill would be delivered the next day. Next day a received a message saying that the driver could not deliver the parcel, he had photographed a different house this time.
After numerous call to both Ryobi and DPD I was promised that the parcel would de delivered the next day, luckily my wife was in the front garden and saw the driver trying to deliver the parcel to another house and ran out to him.
Both companies customer service departments promised that the problem had been sorted when it hadn’t, I will think twice before ordering from Ryobi again.

A vital bolt was missing meaning I couldnt assemble it. Hoping Ryobi will send another one.

Item did not arrive on the day as advised. Emailed Ryobi to inform them. It's now a week and I am still waiting for someone from Ryobi to contact me. They appear NOT to care about their customers.

I recently added a reciprocating saw to my growing collection of tools. As usual it works well but I added a set of blades as in comes with only one. The tools I have so far are great for my amateur abilities and are generally easy to use, with the only slight exception being the tall hedge trimmer. It works really well but can feel a bit heavy and unwieldy with the extension fitted. The star of the collection has been the 30cm hand held chain saw which is transforming hedges and wilder parts of the garden. The reviews and videos are always a great help in the decision making process making purchases less of a guessing game.
